It may be a top loader but is not a old agitator. You must be careful with soap and softener like a front loader. Ton's of space in the drum. You think you have a full load and realize you have so much more space. The touch panel takes getting use to. But once you understand Its a very simple washer

had a front loader, but this one is sooo much better....no more water dripping down the front of the machine.

We had high expectations after talking to the sales assistant, but for the price this just turned out to be just an average washer ! I would have preferred the LG version. And NEVER NEVER use the installer BestBuy arranged ! the damaged the walls and broke the drip tray, still waiting for BestBuy to resolve !!!

Huge drum but don’t overload because the dryer can’t handle the same load. I’ve been seeing soap residue on clothes coming out of the wash and am experimenting with pods to see if that makes a difference. Not super happy with this unit.

Greatest washer I have ever own. I normally don't do reviews but I had to do a review on this washer. It works very well and gets the job done. Highly recommend this product. I also highly recommend getting the 5 year Geek Squad protection warranty. Yes it's a great product but it is man made and can run into problems like any other man made device. I will not switch from Whirlpool products when it comes to washer and dryers.

The presoak option sold me. There's so many different cycles to choose from.

Had a front load washer and hated it. Love this one has no center fits as much as a front load.

I choose this one due the lack of space to have a front door one. It was a good decision. It works fine and does not destroy the clothes during the washing process. The minor problem is cosmetic and related to the lettering over the menu that are very fragile and they are already fading out.

Washer runs great. A little noisy, but it's worth it to get the job done.

No problem with the unit so far, some times a small amount of water gets into the detergent tray.

After doing much research on washers, I walked in one morning and saw this set on the floor marked down. It was a floor model and I had a coupon for an additional 20% off. Basically I got this for a steal. The clothes come out fresh and I actually use less detergent. So many settings to choose from which I love! The only thing is that it takes a little longer to wash clothes. I would purchase this product again!

Basic washer. Not many wash settings. A little loud but washes clothes.

We bought this washer to match the dryer we had previously purchased. After reading several reviews, we went ahead with the purchase. I found other people's negatives to be a non issue. This is so quiet, I'm not sure why other people complained. I definitely recommend reading the guide beforehand as to which settings to use. We were able to wash our king size comforter and it came out great. I love it!

It is easy to use, holds a lot and I like that I can look into the washer as it washes.

Machine does exactly what is suppose to do. Very quite, you don't even know its running.

Automatically sets water level, water use greatly reduced. Spin cycle removes so much water that drying time is cut by half or more.

Great price. Love how easy it is to use. A bit louder than I expected, but worth it.
