Owned about a month, so far no issue at all. Using less detergent but still the cloths are super clean

This is a big machine. Washes large loads. However, found that the soap do not wash out completely from the laundry after the wash ends. Used he detergent per user manual. Not very impressed.

I bought this to replace a very expensive Samsung washer and this Whirlpool washer is everything that one wasn't. The quality and price were fantastic. I got this one open box making it an even better buy. It works wonderfully. I won't ever buy another brand again!

At the cost I think it is doing great, I gave it a star less as they could have taken care of some small things, like the soap dispenser is placed such a way that if your cloth protrudes beyond the drum it can tear the cloth. it happened to my pillow as I did not realize that it was protruding beyond the drum and when it started spinning it got stuck with the soap dispenser . They could have at least put a sensor which does not allow the drum to spin in such a situation.

a new washer for our household, but so far is great. I guess the unit weighs the load a few spins. you can really wash quite a large load and even reduce the spin speed for spreads and other heavy items. makes better use of liquid detergents and liquid softners. have not yet tried to steam.

Got this for a reasonable price. It definitely is a lot better than the previous washer we had.

Easy to use, big tub with lots of space, clothes come out really clean so it appears to be doing a good job. Not too loud but not super quiet, that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

The machine is good. However, it is a little noise.

I love this washer it's easy to operate nice and big able to wash my king size comforters with no problem. Only downfall I wish it wasn't so noisy but nothing that you can't deal with

I lneed be this washers! Only downside is I often use the deep water cycle to assure that all of the clothing in water is actually covered. The machine is quiet. I love the different cycles.

It is very energy efficient and uses a lot less water than my previous washer. I have trouble getting large blankets and single sheets to spin dry. Clothes need to be distributed very evenly

Been a few years since I bought a new washing machine and it was worth it the only thing I would recommend is setting the soak setting to help dissolve the new gel packs quiet washing machine

I struggled with trying to figure out if I should buy an LG/Samsung or stick with the companies that have been doing this a while. I'm happy I chose a Whirlpool. It's efficient. The colors come out better somehow than they did on my old unit. I'm definitely in love with this Washer!

We bought this washer along with the matching dryer, wanting something with a dependable brand and simple easy to use, nothing fancy! So far this washer has proven to be a great buy. I would absolutely recommend this washer.

No complaints. Does take a little getting used to using it but its been doing a good job.

Love the washer! So recommend it. The delivery of the product was as promised but the set up was not. No one set it up even though it was communicated to them to set it up. The washer works great and is easy to use. I had to pay someone to set it up and they did a good job.

Purchased this along with a dryer 2 months ago and love them both.
