I love my new washing machine! Everything is digital, large capacity, efficient and very quiet when running with low water useage and excellent results.

Efficient. Quiet. Cleans Well. (still think front - loaders wash better) If it lasts 6-7 years without major repairs it gets the final star.

Needed a new washer after moving and decided to get this one as I had previously owned the older model. This is a great washer with a ton of capacity for clothes. Very quiet which has been great the laundry room is right next to the bedroom. Can set a load to run before taking a nap and it won't wake me up! Clothes come out looking very clean, however I have noticed that sometimes pod type detergents don't always breakdown as well as they used to. Could be the detergents though and not necessarily the washer.

I took advantage of a sale and price match and purchased this washer. I was attracted to the sale price, capacity, and steam function, which is almost never available at this price. It was delivered to my home about 10 days later due to miscommunication. So far, I have washed a king size comforter, sheets, shower curtains, bath rugs, and regular clothes; and everything has come out clean and smelling good. This machine works differently from "old school" washers I have used. There is a lot of soaking and slow spinning; and the washer hums, clicks, groans, and chugs. It also takes longer to wash clothes; nearly 2 hours on some cycles, but, so far it's getting the job done. I like the display and options, and the way the washer chooses the water lever for each load. All in all, I recommend this washer, especially if you can get it for under $550.

I have used this new washer for several weeks. Having read other's comments, I made sure to read the instruction manual before first use. For the first couple of washes, I did not believe the washer could actually clean my clothes using only the amount of water I saw through the transparent top. However, it does do the job well. I'm still being vigilant, though. Other reviewers commented that each washer cycle takes longer than their old washers - I found that this is true, but the time is made up in the dryer since the washer does such an outstanding job of spinning the water out of the laundry. I have used the steam feature, and found it removed a really ugly, dried stain from some important trousers (had to run them through twice). All-in-all I am pleased with this washer.

Having read mixed reviews, we rolled the dice and purchased this washing machine to replace our old GE front-loader. I am so happy we did. The capacity is good, the sound is not out of the ordinary for a high capacity top-loader (in fact I dare say it is quieter than expected). Clothes came out just fine (as long as you don't over load it) and the spin cycle is so effective that our dryer doesn't have to do as much work as it used to. 5 stars.

This is an excellent washer for an affordable price. Positive: Has stem clean and deep water wash which most HE top loading washers don't usually have. Negative: No manual way to put clothes in rinse cycle only or drain only. Overall, its a great washer for the price.

Whirlpool - Cabrio 4.8 Cu. Ft. 26-Cycle High-Efficiency Steam Top-Loading Washer - White is taking me a while to get used to. I'm sure sure I require a washer than requires you to read the manual in order to operate. I do, however, love the agitator less style and it does a fantastic job getting my clothes clean. My only frustration is that I need to read the manual and figure out how to turn off the lid lock. It's driving me crazy not being able to add last minute additions.

I was hesitant at first to purchase this washer based on some of the negative reviews, but I am glad I didn't let them stop me. This is a very nice washer. it's very quiet and cleans exceptionally well. The tub is very large, I have no problem washing queen size bedding.

We have only had the washing machine for a month or so, but it has performed great. We had been using the HE pods, and noticed with this machine you need to place the pods in first (at the bottom), or when they pop they leave residue on your clothes/towels/sheets. Features are nice, you can customize each load, easy to adjust by touching each option. The biggest challenge is not washing all of your laundry in one load, because the drum is so big!

It does everything as advertised. I haven't tried the steam function yet, but I have used all the presets. It's very easy to adjust to your own needs. Clothes do seem to be coming out cleaner. The best part is how much you a can put into one load and they still get clean and spin out well.

Needed to upgrade my washer/dryer and am very glad I chose this topload washer after reading reviews on front loading ones. There is no longer that large center agitator piece so there is a tremendous amount of room in it. Lots of washing options too. Very efficient. Happy with my choice.

I've had this washer for about a month now and live it. Its quiet and washes great every time. I said this about the dryer pair but its the truth! Very satisfied with my purchase.

This washer seems to do everything well and packs a huge load. And it automatically senses how much I put in so I'm not wasting hot water when it's not needed.

We exchanged a Samsung set that was defective for this Whirlpool set and we absolutely love it. Compared to our 10+ year old front loader it's ultra quiet, when it spins it makes very little noise, though there is a bit of a strange noise when agitating, but after looking on YouTube it appears that sound is normal. It does a great job cleaning our clothing and everything comes out super soft. Very impressed with this set.

I love this washing machine. It holds a LOT of laundry and has cut my laundry time in half. It is much quieter than my last machine which is a nice bonus.

Am not sure such a low volume of water is enough for optimum cleaning. The option of deep water is beneficial for certain loads. I like all the possible settings and so far they seem to work well. These new high efficiency machines make unusual noises which the pets have finally gotten used to.
