Efficient, quality washing machine with no post agitator. Simple, easy touch display to choose various settings for various types of loads and fabrics. Time displayed with time of entire cycle then the time remaining.

We've had this washer for almost 2 years. It has been reliable and efficient. It uses just enough water for each load. It's also a "pretty" design and is perfect if you don't want a side load. There seem to be other options such as high end colors as well. We've already recommended it to others!

Dryer works well and I love the steam refresh cycle when I forget or can't remove clothes immediately. I wish you could increase the volume of the end chime. It's hard to hear from my basement when I'm upstairs.

Although it is a little noisier than I'd like, it works just fine and at least they won't send Dish Network out to pretend to do a recall on it to keep it from exploding like the previous washer I had.

I had a bit of a reservation with the whirlpool cabrio washer at first because of some of the negative reviews but my washer works great! The automatic water sensor works and all of my clothes gets washed. I love the steam function as well! It is very customizable and overall well worth the purchase!

I have not found a single con for this washer. I love, love, love it. Other reviews said this machine was loud, but my laundry room is an attached shed outside and I can say I don't hear it at all. I love all the different cycles available and that the machine tells me how long the cycle will run.

Not Crazy about the New Water Saving Feature but most New Washers have this feature now. I don't think it gets enough water at times to wash the clothes correctly. Other than that it's a Decent Washer

Once we figured out how to load it properly, it works perfectly. If not loaded correctly, not all the clothes get wet. It takes much less water and electricity to operate. The clothes seem to be cleaner and the spin cycle extracts much more water than older machines, reducing the dry time.

We've had it a month. No tall agitator. Doesnt move the clothes much. Have to always use presoak, deep water and extra rinse to get results. Lots of water hammer when its mixing the water. High tech, nice looking, good controls, supposedly well designed. I just dont know if these low agitators work. If you don't use deep water some clothes may not get wet. May rub lint onto clothes. Input water falls in center, not on clothes. Maybe i will modify that.

Overall the machine does a good job; clothes are nice and clean and it definitely saves water and time. A little noisier than I would like but I just close the laundry room door and it is fine.

Great machine very efficient all the credit goes to the appliance manager the day i bought it need it by a certain date the 1 i wanted they couldn't get to me by when i needed it she went out of her away to find a machine i liked as well as being able to deliver on the date need

I purchased this washer for my mother as a birthday gift. We'd had the same washer for over 10 years & it was beginning to fail. So far she really loves it & it's even cut her cost down!

Review after three washes: The Start button, if you can believe it, is not easy to understand. There obviously was some effort given to simplifying the start process (as if normal people should need instructions on how to push a start button!). They were nice enough to print "Hold to Start" next to the button. The problem is that this machine is programmed with a very long clothes-loading period--and no way to tell what status it is in. So naturally you press & hold the button again--and now you don't know if you have started the wash cycle or paused it! In order to get it going, I had to stand there, push the button and wait patiently several times until it actually started washing our clothes. There's also another issue with a lack of buttons for wash cycle choices for clothes type, water level, temperature, etc. (there are only two imprinted circle marks for "Power" and "Start"). So more time wasted and mild frustration as you press the general area several times until your selection clicks on. Finally, it washes OK. Ok means I don't have a major complaint at this point. I can say now that this machine leaves clothes less dry than did our 20 year-old small (3.0 gallon) washer from Sears, which it replaced! But...it's okay...

After much research, I found Best Buy had the best President's Day sale for this Whirlpool Washer and Dryer combo. I would highly suggest to others taking advantage of these Best Buy Deals.

While looking for new appliances the sales person suggested this unit. We did a quick research of unit and purchased it. This washer does a fantastic job of cleaning and spins a lot of the water out of cloths. We are well pleased of the washers performance and price.

Hopefully make loads and doesn't efficient job of washing. Someone said that this was noisy, but my view is that one should be glad one can afford a washer. Many people can't.

We've had this washer for a while now. We looked at front loading machines (heard bad things about them) and compared this to other models (more and less expensive). The electronic controls are easy to understand and provide many options. Smooth and quiet operation.

I bought the washer and matching dryer on sale and I couldn't be happier. The touch display is a really neat and clean look. Upgraded from a front loader and couldn't be happier. This washer has a lot of diffferant modes to choose from for your washing needs

Purchases washer and dryer from Best Buy because of the quality name brand because of the excellent service we got from Travis to salesman and Kohler Deer Trace Best Buy

Having read the earlier reviews and replies, I always try to push the items to the sides, leaving a hole in the middle. I have had no problems with items not getting wet or clean. It's only been a month since installation but so far, so good.
