Very quiet and huge! You can fit a ton if clothes in this machine!

Had to replace an old washing machine that we had been limping along. Knew I wanted an agitatorless upright. I love this machine. I have had a couple of loads with soap residue left behind but usually when I don't separate clothing as directed. If you read the directions for the machine you are going to love it! Heads up... The helicopter you think you hear over your house is the awesome spin cycle that shortens the dry time!!

We shopped for a new top loading washer and after checking out different makers and models, we decided on the Cabrio by Whirlpool. We have had it for several weeks and love the way it washes. Love the different cycles and the steam feature. This model is large enough to wash a queen size comforter. We had to get used to the fact there is no longer an agitator.

Needed a new washer and was very happy with this choice. Easy to use, love the large capacity washtub. Will probably get the matching dryer.

This washer is simple to use and has so many options! The huge basket allows us to wash comforters at with ease. What a time and money saver!

I purchased this washer to replace my leaking LG front loading washer. In my opinion I prefer the top loading washers over the front loading. It stinks sometimes having to bend over to throw stuff into the laundry, unless you have the pedestals in which case, and my case, the appliance becomes quite the laundry relestate hog. I like the touch screen and the addition of steam cleaning. It runs really quite and has a no slam lid. very happy with the purchase.

I have owned 2 front-load washers over the past 10 years. They were both "good" machines, from reputable manufacturers and full of features I would sometimes use. But I spent so much time cleaning out the pump filter and replacing the tub gaskets (and throwing away what had been perfectly good clothes before going in the machine) that I was going to lose my mind if I kept them. Recently my machine gave me a drain pump error that meant it pump component needed to be replaced. Again. I raised my fist skyward and swore I would not put one more penny or minute into a front loader ever again. So at that time this machine was on sale for less than $500 for an open box model. My baseline of approval was pretty low after my previous experiences ("does not enrage me"? check!), but I have to say that I am extremely pleased with this machine. Everything has come out clean, and the spin cycle has produced dryer clothes after the load was done than both front loaders I used to have. With a magnetic drive, it is also quieter than the others - so much so that I can't hear it running at all most of the time. And, unlike the front loaders, it doesn't stink after a while. The controls are easy to understand, and aside from my 7 year old daughter needing a step stool to reach inside it, I have zero complaints.

This washing machine is very flexible, with many user determined settings. It has gotten stains out that we thought were indelible. The steam settings take a little longer to wash your clothes, but they really work well. At first, as the machine worked differently than we were used to, we were a little skeptical, but after we saw the job it did, we were believers. It has cut our laundry time in half, at least. The machine is high-quality, performs well, and we expect it to last a long time. I do recommend this washing machine.

My wife loves this machine. It can hold massive loads and runs quite. Still haven't figure out the steam tho. Overall great value.

This washer is fantastic. It has a larger capacity than anticipated and I am able to wash just about anything in it that I would want. It has many options that I thought I would not use--but have found that I have already used most of them. It is easy and very intuitive. I like the way it automatically decides the water level needed and therefore is very water efficient. It does an outstanding job of cleaning. I have no negatives.

I like the options this washer offers, including steam. I tend to use the highest spin level, as lower spin levels have left the clothes (especially bulk items) far too wet and in need of extra time in the dryer (just use the high spin level when you can). The washing action is great and is far better designed than my old spindle in the middle washer.

Selected Samsung Cabrio for top-load convenience. (Plus, front load washers are having moisture & MOLD contamination around the access doors.) Cabrio is easy to use & I'm still learning different cycle combos. Very pleased with Cabrio performance.

Washes well, quiet enough, uses much less water than conventional washers

This is the first time I've bought an appliance, sight unseen, online! PIECE OF CAKE, THANK YOU BEST BUY. In the past, I would have, at least, looked at dryers in the store first. I did my research through Consumer Reports, price checked the one I wanted, then ordered it and scheduled delivery without speaking with anyone or having to leave my home... wonderful! Delivery was fast, professional, clean and polite, including removal of my old dryer. What more can one ask for?
