I purchased the Whirlpool - Cabrio 4.8 Cu. Ft. 26-Cycle High-Efficiency Steam Top-Loading Washer - White and after using it for a month, I am happy to say 5hat it does a great job. My clothes smell much fresher than they did with a front-load washing machine.

Had a pair of these in the condo I was living in so I set out to buy them for the house that we bought I love them and they are huge have no complaints

I bought this on special along with the Cabrio Dryer. I can't say anything Negative about this. It barely uses any liquid detergent and has many different settings. I've filled this to the top and it powers through anything: towels, blankets and very fragile lace clothing. Cleans amazing. I feel better with Steam washing wash rags and towels. Sooo, happy with my purchase!!!!!

Never before have I been able to wash a complete bedroom set in one load. I mean, pillows, sheets, mattress cover, duvet cover--WOW. The spin cycle is amazing, things come out practically dry! I love the digital settings. I washed all my slip covers and pillow covers on my couch using the color saver setting. They came out practically new, no streaks or color running. I am totally amazed by this machine!

We have had this for a few weeks and its been really good so far. The clothes come up basically dry and fits about 3 times more than our old one.

Decided to upgrade to a newer version of the Cabrio washer, since we had reasonable success with the previous version. Read all of the issues with strange noises, vibration, not cleaning clothes well, etc. Went ahead and bought it any way (on sale). First of all, I made sure it was carefully eased into it's final position after I removed the shipping piece at the bottom. The internal tub moves really easy and quite a distance once this piece is removed. If the washer was man-handled into position with the shipping piece removed, it might sustain damage or maybe a permanent imbalance condition. Next I made sure the washer was perfectly leveled, front to back and side to side, then wiggled it to make sure it was solidly in place. I hooked up the hoses and plugged it in to power and evaluated it's functionality for the last four or five wash days. We use the He (High efficiency) detergent (vice powder) as this new generation of washer design requires. We mostly run it in the "Deep Water" cycle mode, since many were complaining of not enough water for washing with this washer type. The only possible concern is that with the higher water level, it might raise the clothes higher than the low profile agitator ribs, and then the clothes wouldn't be stirred around properly. We did not have that problem. Bottom line: We have enjoyed clean, fresh smelling clothes with no issues with this washer as mentioned by others. I think a big part of it is the care you take in the install process and following the proper way to put the clothes in and apply the detergent. You have to train yourself to be a little more diligent when working with this new gen washer. The days of throwing in the clothes and powder detergent, slamming down the lid and hitting a button don't work so well any more.

I am very happy with this purchase and the very helpful salesperson that helped me out. The washer does a great job in getting clothes clean.

Purchased this as a replacement for my 12+ year old Whirlpool washer. Needed a machine with a second rinse cycle option due to allergies to detergent, and this one had that feature and was reasonably priced. Pros: Option for second rinse cycle, large drum, stainless steel drum Cons: Noisy, can't manually set water level and water sometimes doesn't cover clothes completely, vibrates I've had to figure out workarounds for some of the things I wanted to do, because some of the presets did not have a way to override water temperature and other options. I hate not being able to set the load size myself, but seems like none of the newer models let you do that. I like the detergent dispenser, and also the option to do a steam cycle to sanitize items that can be washed in hot water. Still getting used to it, but I think it will work just fine for what I needed.

After our washer broke we were looking for something that was highly efficient that wouldn’t break our bank. Great for someone on a budget!

Easy, has start delay, does not have drain & spin cycle (which I would like to have). It's quiet and plays a brief sonnet of music when cycle is complete. Best washer we have ever owned, we've had 5 in 20+years. Tub is huge. We have a large capacity dryer, not the matching one unfortunately, and when I wash a full load I have to divide it into 2 dryer loads.

Washer was delivered on time, installers did a good job and we were able to use the washer the same day. Washer does a good job, wash cycle is noisy compared to the Duet front loader we used last, but due to space limitations, the Cabrio fit what we had to work with.

I love this washing machine. I have 3 children so I need a washing machine that can do it all, and this machine does not disappoint. Very satisfied!

I was excited to use this new washer. It was fairly easy to understand but is much louder when running than I thought. With today's technology, I thought it would run quietly. It groans and is fairly loud. I has not self leveled the load several times and "walks"

The washer works well and efficiently. I love the easily adjustable settings and the amount of room it has since there is no agitator in the middle. BEWARE if you or geek squad places a pan underneath it, will ruin the motor and stop running.

I like the washer but still unsure about how it works. I do not know what size load to put in. It makes odd noises that are suppose to be normal. But looks like the clothes are getting clean and that is what matters.

Love this washer. It does take some getting use to with the low water usage but clothes are getting clean. Very quiet.
