However, their price was the best we could find anywhere, In addition, their delivery was on time, installation went great and they took our old washer away for a very small reasonable fee, Everything about our transaction with Best Buy was EXCELLENT!

I didn't want to spend money for a fancy machine but for the price it does wonderful. This is my first top loader water saver. I have been using front loaders for many years now. I use it for large heavy loads (towels, blankets, sheets and bedspreads). Inside I have stacked Bosch units. I have no complaints works great. I have yet to test it on really dirty grossed out items.

Not quite what I was expecting

It certainly saves water but it also seems these don't use enough to clean the product. There's plenty of space for a comforter but after washing I noticed that there are dry spots even though I selected Bulky Sheets and deep clean.

Posted .Thank you for the review. The Department of Energy standards state how much water any water-based appliances can use, and our washers meet all of their stringent guidelines. We would recommend balling up the clothing similar to the size of a soccer ball, and place around the agitator one at a time. We would also recommend stacking it up so it is around the sides and the agitator plate is visible with all of the clothing around it. Do not fill up past the 2nd to last row of holes in the basket to help avoid overloading. The bulky cycle will allow more water to enter the tub, but will not spin on the highest spin setting. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the design, and can note your concerns.

Our laundry has been coming out very clean and takes less time to dry. The noise it makes is certainly different than we are used to, but it is in the basement, so not a big deal.

We are even trying to use the more water function so our clothes are more in the water. $500 down the drain. I would recommend a washer with an agitator, rather than this unit. Very disappointed.

A lot of people in other reviews had trouble with the auto sense water fill not getting enough water in the barrel. As long as you even everything out (literally taking 2 seconds) it works perfect!
