So far I have used the product about 9 times. As I had powder left, I have used it. A few pieces came out with powder on them. The rest seemed fine. I will switch to liquid next time though. The unit offers lots of choices, is quite and overall I am satisfied.

I was very excited to go back to a top loader. I am tall with long arms so reaching in is not a problem. I have had a front loader for years and I finally got sick of the gunk that collected in the creases and the mold that was forming (I always left the door open too). The size of this drum seems fine. I can do good size loads and the settings work well. I am just not convinced that it is cleaning as good as it should. My biggest complaint is that it leaves a white residue on all of our dark clothes. I think it is soap and/or lint. It comes off in the dryer but I like to hang dry some items. I have tried adjusting the amount of detergent (yes, I use HE only) and change the settings and change the load size but nothing works. I bought the warranty so I am going to have someone come out and look at it. Curious if anyone else experienced this. I did not read about this issue in the reviews??? I couldn't recommend this washer yet but wanted to fore warn future buyers to ask questions and do more research before purchasing.

Washing clothes great! Nice n quick n clean, and quiet

Washer does a nice job. Clothes are clean and are drier than my old washer when I remove them from the wash cycle. Very pleased with purchase. Just have to get used to different sounds from an older washer.

Works well. Touch sensors takes some getting used to.

I had a friend that had an older model Cabrio and it was great. It has long wash cycles that take a while to get use it but ITS THE BOMB

I have owned many Whirlpool appliances over the years and have been happy with the products. This one, though, I am not as happy. First there is a loud clicking noise while the machine adjutates. It also makes that noise when I spin the basket to get the clothes out. I don't know if this is okay or a manufacturing defect. Secondly, since I hang dry most of my clothes, I see dry spots on my clothes. I have tried to arrange them in different ways but always end up with the same results. This model might be too efficient. Other than that, the look is nice, the delay start is great and it holds A LOT of clothes.

I trust the Whirlpool brand. Other family members and I have owned several Whirlpool appliances. The washer a good price and the large capacity is handy for a large family. It’s not too difficult to learn how to use. The Whirlpool Cabrio washer was also easy to install. I am very happy with my purchase from Best Buy.

Love my washer. It is quiet and efficient. Delivery was on time install was good. Drivers knowledgeable love how it use a less water. Fall asleep to the soft tones of it telling me my wash is done. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase
