We purchased this washer to replace a very old Whirlpool. This washer works well and is a nice alternative to a front loader. I get a large capacity washer that is energy efficient for much less than many other models. Great buy, definitely worth it.

Problems using pods they don't dissolve dryer doesn't dry as well as older ones it takes longer but it does pull more lint out of clothes but clothes you have to iron more the wrinkles are bad with this dryer.washer is ausome pulls all dirt lint and oil out of clothes!!!If you have animals it pulls all the hair out in the dryer. So in the end everything has its pros and cons you have to pick and choose for yourself

We received this washer as part of a set when we got married. We've never gone over our utility allowance with it even though we have quite a bit of laundry to keep up with uniforms. It's surprisingly spacious, and we can fit our queen size comforter in with space left over. The settings are easy to understand and alter based on the items you're washing and how fast you need them washed. It has a nice little alarm song when it's finished too, which is good if you're very busy around the house, but we would suggest turning it off if you wash things over night as it is pretty loud.

This washer is great !!! I had a old washer with the agitator in the middle...we could barely fit anything in it and it would stop spinning and leave the clothes soaked. This washer makes life so much easier and cuts down on dry time significantly!

Needed a new washer for a rental property and this was one of the few that would fit in the tight laundry closet with the gas dryer.

Bought this washer before, moved into a new house and bought it again.

We recently replaced our old Kenmore washer with this one. It’s quiet and has a sensor that determines exact water level needed. I love using the delay wash feature to wash overnight and the touch screen panel is easy to use.

Only used for 3 days so far. Like the touch screen and the clock timer. Adjusting to not selecting water level and what the cycles do. Noticed residue on dark clothes after wash finished. Using HE liquid detergent, but the residue almost looks like powder. It does disappear after the clothes have been through the dryer. Also some clothes appeared to have dry spots on them as though they never got wet.

It's a great top loading washing machine. I like the cycle choices and very large capacity. The only negative I have is the loud noises at various times during a cycle.

We did a lot of research before we purchased. Very good value for the money.

Great washing machine with many different settings to choose from.

This washing machine replaced my crappy Samsung set I bought in 2012. This washing machine got my clothes so much cleaner than my Samsung ever did. Very easy to use and the cycles are fast compared to what I’m coming to.

My first usage was great as I did notice clothes appeared brighter or cleaner. It is easy to use. Does make some unusual noises but they are not loud. We have a small laundry room that with the door closed we do not notice the sounds

Good reliable washer according to all reviews. easy to work. Slight humming high pitched noise during ending wash cycles. A bit annoying.

It is amazing to me how much I can load into it. I do like not having the center spindle. I suggest reading the instructions because you do need to be sure the load is balanced. I haven't had an issue with it, but a friend of mine did.

Fairly high tech. A lot of washing options that can be confusing. Some of the options seem to take way to long. Still works great though!

Had to get new washer and this was the mfg new version. It works even better.

Since I've had this washer I have love it. But I will not buy anything else from best buy because it took forever to get the right washer for my apartment.
