I felt so old when I thought this brand new washer was already defective... It didn't wash like those old washers where you can see the water coming out. Here, you just dump in your clothes, pour in detergent, shut the lid and let it automatically do its thing. New washers are amazing!

At 5'2" tall any washer that has a larger capacity than this one and I can't get the clothes out of the drum. I like the "quick" feature on the cycles and so far it has washed sheets, towels and comforters without having to stop and rearrange the clothes as I had to do with my previous washer.

Works great, very quite, a lot of cycles. Great buy!

Replaced my old Whirlpool Cabrio with this new one. Old Cabrio lasted several years so we decided to give the new model a try and so far pleased with the machine. Easy to use, many more wash cycles to choose from than my prior model. Very happy with this washing machine.

At this point it’s been a great washer but only had it now 2 weeks. I can’t complain about anything except the plastic locking mechanism which seems like it’s a design intended to break by the manufacturer.

we absolutely love this whirlpool washing machine. the drum is huge and we can fit blankets, comforters etc in them. would definitely recommend it. in addition, want to point out how great the best buy delivery ppl are.. they are professional, courteous, and on time.

I had a front load washer prior to my new washer and it was the best decision I made to go with this top loader. This washer gives me so many options and temperatures for clothes care. The deep water option is amazing and the quick wash option is great when I am running low on time but need to do a load of wash.

Have to lay the heaviest items on the bottom. leaving the center open for the water to come up onto all the clothes. If this protocol is followed it works great. But if thrown in like the old washers, it doesn't wet all the clothes. I like the washer and it is pretty to look at. Very roomy inside and cleans well.

I love this washer but my only issue is the middle section that dispense the fabric softener. That area is very difficult to clean and leaves residue on clothes.

I replaced my 14 year old Whirlpool with this model. So far am happy with results I'm getting - clean cloths, easy to use, like knowing how much time till finished, cloths are much dryer for drying machine thereby shortening drying time and feel it has enough bells and whistles. This HD washing machine is fairly quite.

My 15 year old washer bit the dust and bought this washer to match the dryer I had bought the year before. My daughter has the set and loved them which influenced me to purchase also. Love how large the tub is to put large loads in. Highly recommend this washer.

I purchased this washer for my mom at the warehouse sale in Streetsboro, Ohio. The price was well below the store price. I will make it a point to attend this sale from now on. Oh, the washing machine has so many more features than my mom is use to - she’s still trying to get use to it.

In a house with 3 kids, you need a good sized load. 4.8 is more than enough for up to queen sized comforters and your constantly changing 5 years old girls mind. :0 Its quiet and quick, but use the normal wash not the quick wash load if you use pods. The pods do not disintegrate properly on quick wash.

I purchased this machine after using my sons. I’m so happy with it, I love that I can get more clothes in since no agitator, the water sensor saves on water bill, my only con is it is not as quiet as I was thinking it should be but I would recommend
