I’m not pleased with the soap residue that’s left with washers that don’t have agitator. Other than that I like the capacity and simplicity of operation.

This machine washes our dirty clothes. They come out clean. It is very loud. Dirty to clean. Loud noise. That's my review.

This is our second set of Whirlpool Cabrio’s and unless something happens we will continue to buy these as needed. Last set was used for 4 years on 4 people...never an issue. Only reason for new ones, we moved and gave that set to mother in law and bought ourselves new ones.

This was a really nice washer for the price. It’s very user friendly and does well with cleaning. Only problem is sometimes smaller items are completely clean if washer is filled to fill line.

We just purchased this and had it installed (Best Buy came and did a great, quick job with the installation), and have only had a chance to use it once. But in that one use it worked great and we had no issues. Assuming it keeps it up, we'll be very satisfied with this purchase.

Washing machine worked great for almost a year. After about 6 months, the washer would not start. Unplug, plug back in and it would run fine for a while. After a year, this happened more frequently and before we'd had it a year and a half the controls no longer responded. Didn't make sense to spend hundreds to replace the plc with one just like the one that failed. Replaced washer with an LG washer. Probably won't buy Whirlpool again.

This does what it's supposed to do - wash clothes. We liked the other reviews and the control features, but sometimes the settings can be challenging to change - like an old computer. Generally satisfied.

I bought this WTW7000DW in 2018. Initially, I didn't like that there are no cycle indicator LEDs to let one know if it is in the wash cycle or rinse cycle. Then, when I did my first bulky item load, it took two hours for the cycle to complete. It was stuck in a loop after rinsing, so it needlessly re-rinsed several times. Last year it started doing that on all load types, so I called for service. I'm glad I had an extended warranty. The first time it was "fixed", the issue reappeared so I scheduled another service call. That time they replaced the water level sensor and control panel. I thought all was well until I did my next bulky item wash. It did it again: going from 14 min. remaining to 25 min. and did several re-rinses until I aborted the cycle. BTW, there were no suds in the rinse water, so it wasn't trying to remove excessive detergent. I sure wish I had my old Calypso back.

Good value for the money. Lots of options for washer cycles. It uses less water than the older washers but doesn't seem to get as clean. I have to use the deep water option to get them as clean as I want them.

After years of HE front loader experience, we went back to top loader. Very pleased with the product all around. Wash cycle choices, quietness, performance are all as expected and beyond. Very pleased with the product and felt it was a good value for the price.

The washer seems to take too long to complete a load, not like the one with an agitator. It does not use much water so I put every wash on extra rinse to be sure the clothes are rinsed good enough.

Excellent appliance, energy efficient and matches the 2018 Whirlpool Cabrio Dryer we purchased a few months ago. Very pleased as we were with the 2010 same model. Only disappointment was the lid is not clear as the previous model which was a feature we really liked.

The washer works as it should. The assistance at the store by Janet S. was excellent. The machine was delivered per schedule and the installation was swift. The fact that it was delivered the day after placing the order was a bonus.

Should be OK but doesn't seem to agitate and clean efficiently already. Nothing major has went wrong but cleaning seems inffective already going to have it checked out.

The machine works well but is louder than the old one that I had replaced. The water lines make a loud plumping noise but all the other functions of the washer works perfectly.

We had this one delivered and set up, What a great service, Included Haul away, These folks, really know customer service, Yeah the Whirlpool is excellent and not to rough on the fabrics, But BestBuy is the real Value!

Having the appliances that came with the purchase of our house we never really thought much about a washer and dryer. They were new when we bought the house but once they reached the repair stage we replaced them based on price and features. These appliances are a welcome replacement.

We were looking for a basic washer because repairing our old one was too expensive to pursue. After checking reviews, we decided on an American made model and found this to be a great value for our money. After the first two weeks, it is performing flawlessly.

This whirlpool washing machine is great washes wonderfully takes big loads king size comforters many options does more than I even need very very awesome machine

Machine makes some really cool beeps and stuff. The downside is it has no agitator. Just not washing clothes like we want.
