Has large drum for big loads.it has the capacity to Wash my king size comforter ! Easy touch screen to select wash loads/great washer!

I can't for the life of me understand the negative reviews for this washer. I have to believe that it has to be user error, or not following instructions because my experience has been wonderful. Now, understand that I bought this set to upgrade from a 9 year old Whirlpool standard set that still worked great, but I wanted to upgrade to high efficiency. So, maybe my expectations weren't as high as others, but this washer functions beautifully. (and it is DEFINITELY not loud in comparison to my previous unit!) I love that the touch panel is laid out in a very common sense manner. You pick "what" you're washing, and "how" you are washing it. Press start and you're done. I'm cutting my detergent use by HALF at the very least, and even though I was VERY nervous about the machine auto selecting water levels, but after 20 or so loads of laundry, this machine has got it right every time. Know this, I researched price vs function for weeks before I made my purchase and if what you want is a nicely designed washer, without a bunch of fancy goo-goo gah-gah you don't need, you will probably not find a better value than this washer. Delivery was also effortless, Best Buy called me to confirm the day before, and the delivery arrived within the first 30 minutes of my 4 hour window. I'm 100% satisfied. If you're on the fence, don't let the negative reviews scare you, I'm chalking those up as unrealistic expectations at this price point. Just read the instructions thoroughly, and follow them, and you'll love it.

The machines are quite, do an excellent job. Would recommend highly. Best Buy service at the store was a op notch. Sales associate was knowledgeable, courteous and made the buying process a pleasure.

Upgraded my machine from a 20-year old one. This new machine works well and cleans great. I was surprised at how long the wash cycles are but I figured out I could shorten it by washing in light-mode. It is super efficient, clothes come out almost dry, and you can’t hear a peep from it. I recommend this.

I went to a top loader after having a Samsung front loader that smelled awful all the time requiring to be cleaned. This washer has been a great change and I have no complaints yet.

You can literally change all the settings independently so that you wash the clothes exactly how you want to. Very quiet and very big you can wash large items with ease.

This washer has so much space in it! I can't fill it all the way up because it doesn't all fit in the older dryer. So far it's done a great job. Also, it makes fun sounds! Love this washer so far.

When our GE washing machine started making horrible noises shortly after its fifth birthday, we knew it was time to start shopping for a replacement. After reading reviews and looking at the different models, we selected this Whirlpool Cabrio based on (sale) price, features and operation. It handles its primary function, washing clothes, very well. The unit uses HE detergent. It is very quiet - we are glad that it plays a pleasant tone when the washing cycle is complete or we would not know it was done. Connection is simple - just connect the power and the hot and cold water lines. I recommend that anyone replacing their water lines use the stainless steel reinforced lines.

I love this washer!!! Everything comes out clean and I can even fit my king size duvet in it! Been using it for over a month and have had no problems! Would definitely recommend!

Machine though mildly noisy does leave the cloth clean. Easy to use. I love the wash option features. Just add detergent/softener, press the start bottom and you are done.

Washer is quiet and cleans well. The only thing lacking is a cycle that allows cloths to be spun without using a wash cycle

This machine doesn't get our clothes (esp Jeans & undies) as clean as our prior machine did. IDK if it has anything to do with the center agitator but I think it does. Clothes smell better but don't look clean. Yes we are using the right HIEnergy detergent & softners. Really want an old washer back.

So happy with this purchase. It is larger than my old washer, which means I'm doing less loads of laundry and uses less detergent and water! It's quiet, easy to use and energy efficient.

Cleans great, Holds a large load of wash. Easy to add soap, bleach and fabric softener.

This washer is huge easy to use and intelligent only push some buttons and she does the rest . Garments get out of the spin cycle almost dry. this saves some time in the Dryer

Like the new machine, altho it does make some strange sounds during the washing cycle. Many settings to choose from. Nice design, has a very large tub so can wash a large or bulky load with no problem.
