I got this dryer because I have the matching washer from the PSE program, and I got a great price from Best Buy. I didn't realize how lame my old dryer was until I used this one. It handles the large loads that the washer produces, and in a reasonable amount of time. The great part is that the sensor ends the cycle when the clothes are perfectly dry: not a little damp, not crackling with static--just dry. Nice product.

I was looking for a simple to operate quality dryer to replace our dryer that recently died. We like the simple controls which will be less susceptible to electrical power brown outs and surges. It dries well and is quiet. We are quite pleased with it.

This is an excellent dryer for the price. I love the moisture detection feature that helps prevent over drying. My only complaint after 20 or so loads, the light inside the drum (love the light BTW) won't turn off if you accidentally leave the dryer door open. I left the door open over night by accident and the light was still on the next morning. Seems like it should time out.

I purchased this dryer about one year after I purchased the matching washer. I was surprised that it was discontinued so soon. However, that worked in my favor since I got the clearance price on it. I Iike this dryer alot. Quite a step up from old Kenmore. The Accudry feature seems to work well as long as you select the proper temperature setting for the clothes you are drying. Otherwise they may be slightly damp after the cycle completes. Other than that the machine does the rest. No more over drying clothes. Wrinkle shield is a good feature as it prevents your clothes from wrinkling if you forget about them after the cycle completes. Solid dryer.

Great basic drier, unlike a lot of other energy efficient driers this one dries loads the 1st time. It was difficult to find a drier that was similar to the one I had for thirty years. I wanted a hamper (pull down door), wrinkle shield, which I didn't have on my old drier. I also didn't want the lint trap on the door for a number of reasons: they are too small and a build up of lint therefore gets inside the machine & on your clothes as well as throughout the machine as it has to travel from the front to the back where the exhaust vent is, so I was happy to find one located on the top if the machine that is large like the one on my old machine. This also has big capacity.

I've only had the washer a few weeks but compared to my agitator washer it works wonderfully.
