Love the fact it is energy efficient and probably has too many settings but steam function is nice to remove wrinkles on previously dried or clothes that were folded for awhile. Silver color and drum light are very nice and I would recommend this to anyone as a new unit.

I am happy with my Whirlpool - Duet 7.4 Cu. Ft. 10-Cycle Steam Electric Dryer purchase. I like the drum light, the steam and wrinkle shield options, and how quickly it dries my clothes. It's also very quiet.

Purchased to replace 14 year old Duets. These new ones are much quieter and you would think not easier to use, but completely easy for anyone to intuitively program The new steam wrinkle settings are effective but do not work miracles...

This dryer is great! The extra low setting on my old dryer used to be TOO hot for my delicates, so I always had to take clothes out damp & hang them up to dry, but not anymore. This dryer is perfect and Eco-efficient too. I love that I can extend the cycle when I'm not in a hurry on an Eco setting or if I need something quickly, I can dry a delicate load in less than 40 minutes! GREAT purchase!!!

After having this delivered on a Friday, it's first laundry day was the following day. This dryer is the finest dryer I have ever owned (number 3, so far). Does a great job at adjusting drying times during the cycle and is extremely quiet as well. It has more options than I'll ever use. I just need dry clothes! Not sure how a dryer could be better. Oh, BTW, it looks great on a pedestal, next to it's twin washer. Hope it has a long career!

A very good washer, excellent cleaning and very efficient with water and detergents. Quieter than the Maytag it replaced, runs smoother and less vibration. Controls take a little getting used to with many cycles and options to choose from but once learned they are easy to use.

The first one I purchased had a bit of rattle in it. Since I am pretty picky person I decieded to send it back and reorder another one of the same unit. What I love about Best Buy, and why I buy all my appliances with them, is because since the unit was in the 30 day time period of exchange there was no questions asked about switching them out. Couple weeks later the second unit came and I hooked it up and runs beautifully! The most impressive, and best part, is that the Stainless Steel drum on the inside. It really helps drying the cloths faster because it seems to heat up evenly and hotter than the ones with the porcelean interiors. When on sale this was only an extra $35 over the porcelean and the interior seems to be more resileant from getting color marks that appear on the other ones from repeated blue jeans fading all over it. Also love the interior light?

This is absolutely the most quiet running dryer we have ever owned! Just very pleased with this unit, and the freshness you'll experience, especially from the "Sanitize" setting, is impressive!

Love the new dryer. Does the job and love the steam feature for wrinkles. Between all the kids etc, it does a great job. Now we shall see if it holds up over time.

I've owned this for a few month and it runs quietly. I'm enjoying the convenience of doing my laundry at home.

This washer is easy to use, easy to load and easy to sense when things go wrong. Technology can be bittersweet at times, we just need to adapt.

Best Buy's service was outstanding. I've never had a dryer with steam before and love what it does for tablecloths.

My choice was a great one. This dryer was replacing an older Whirlpool Duet. This dryer is more efficient with the same easy of use. Opening is bigger than my past dryer making placing or removing clothes a breeze. Good choice for anyone who is looking for a new dryer. For NJ residents this dryer meets the NJ clean energy program standards. "REBATES"

things dry much faster and without wrinkles, but have not used the steam function yet (otherwise may be 5 stars)

We were going to get another model, but this one won my wife over. Seems to work great and does a good job of not over drying the clothes, which i hate.
