Quiet and has plenty of heat to dry your dishes. Love it

Easily installed. Good instructions. A little louder than expected but not horrible. Cleans dishes well-even without pre-rinsing. Lots of wash/dry options as well. Highly recommend.

I’m a diehard Whirlpool fan, but I need to rethink this after buying this dishwasher. It is the cheapest, flimsiest appliance I have ever purchased. Sadly, it’s almost impossible to see these appliances in the store, so you are buying a pig in a poke. The tub is plastic and there is not enough mass or insulation to deaden sound. It’s much noisier than the old dishwasher. And wash times are ridiculously long. The normal cycle ran more than two hours and didn’t clean well. The quick cycle is only quick by comparison. The exterior looks sleek and attractive, but you have to really pull to open it. An exterior bar is so much better. Finally, the rinse aid dispenser is a catastrophe. The instructions say to twist the cap 1/4 turn and lift off. Then fill and replace the cap and turn to “lock.” Maybe if you have a child do this, you’ll be okay, because they have tiny fingers and don’t use reading glasses. If you’re over 50, good luck! I could not be more disappointed with this purchase.

Not sure whats worse the promise the open-box was working, the dishwasher itself or the horrible customer experience I had and am still having with them helping me, bought this in early November and I still do not have a working machine.

I waited a long time to replace my old dishwasher and my new one was worth the wait! Super easy to use! Super quiet! And I love the sleek look of this machine. The first time I used it I was taken a back with how beautifully clean and sparking my glasses were! Would absolutely recommend this product!!

Our dishwasher died last year and we were so sick of washing by hand. Our budget was low, but a sale allowed us to purchase a step up from what we researched. LOVE this machine. It fits more than our previous one but fits perfectly in the same space under the counter. It does a great job cleaning. It is QUIET, like "did it really start?" quiet. It doesn't dry perfectly, but if there is a dishwasher that exists that does, please let me know. VERY HAPPY

My previous dishwasher (kenmore) was installed when I bought my house and finally does. Was extremely d for a dishwasher so it had a good run. I purchased this as a replacement. Very nice and easy to use but I don’t feel like it cleans the silverware as well as my old one on the normal setting. I haven’t played with settings yet but will try that and see if that changes things. I don’t dislike the dishwasher at all. It is beautiful, quiet and cleans fine for the most part. Just the utensils that don’t seem to get as clean. Not sure if it is something I can do to improve that or not. Will see what I can come up with.

Simple to use, gets nice clean dishes with every use, quiet

DiY install. Instructions were pretty clear until it came to mounting to the cabinets. Awesome sleek look. Very quiet and cleans as expected. The 1st 2 washes I noticed a little water still left behind but not anymore. Haven't notice any increase in the water or energy bill. Very efficient and it give ups our family time back!!

This clean and sleek stainless steel dishwasher does everything you need and has plenty of room to clean a days worth of dishes. Also love that the buttons are on top of the door hidden away so everything has a cleaner and neat look.

I purchased this because it was the only one I could find in white that wasn't eternally backordered (not just at Best Buy but everywhere). I find it extremely unattractive, particularly the handle design. That said, it does work properly and with rinse aid added it dries fairly well other than water pooled on tops of cups, which is to be expected. The top rack is oddly designed so that larger coffee cups don't fit between the tines, so it doesn't hold as much and I have to run it more often. I do like the cutlery basket design, and that the bottom rack can accommodate taller items than my old one. I use the quick wash cycle with heated dry and extended dry selected and that seems to work best for me.

Bought this September of 2023. Broke down about 9 months later which luckily was under warranty (manufacturer). They replaced a few things including control panel. Once again the dishwasher is not running and Whirlpool said “sorry, your one year warranty has expired, but you can schedule service to pay out of pocket”. I sold appliances at Sears for over a decade and Whirlpool was my go-to because it’s supposed to be an American company. I now know that it probably is assembled in the USA, but not American quality. I am truly disappointed and will never recommend a Whirlpool product again in my life. Truly disappointing and I feel ashamed for leading so many astray. Just but a different brand because Whirlpool will not stand by their product. You will be disappointed. Not even two years for a $500+ dishwasher should be a crime. Shame on you Whirlpool. You are losing someone who advocated for whirlpool, Amana, Maytag, & KitchenAid for the last 20 years or so. You win this time, but people will see the truth and just buy Korean in the future.

Overall this is a good dishwasher and quiet. Easy to use and I like the top controls. Dishes come out clean, not great on hard sticky stuff.
