Boy, if I could give this negative stars, I would!! I don't usually do these, but I feel the need to address this machine to anyone looking to buy it, but more importantly, to express our dissatisfaction with the warranty team (Platinum Factory Service) and Whirlpool's Corporate Office (ie., Melissa..."I don't give my last name"). We bought this as a replacement to another Whirlpool machine we had (worked fine for years). About 8-9 months in, we began to notice puddles of water in the front, under the door. The foam backing, behind the door was completely saturated after a cycle had finished. We contacted Whirlpool & they sent out their "Platinum Service technician", who for intents and purposes was a joke! Unfortunately for us, he was the only technician authorized to work on the machine, literally the ONLY ONE! For the warranty call, they will tell you the date they will arrive, but you better make sure you have sick time or PTO, because they give you a four hour range to work with and they call you within a half hour of the appt when they will arrive. The repair tech told us it was fixed after the second visit, but it leaked after the first use, worse than the original leakage! So, after two failed repairs, we called corporate who set up another appt, along with a "master tech" (by phone) to assist the repair guy. We waited almost 3 weeks for him to come back out. He was talking with the master tech as I was standing there and they were going to replace the tower (for a leak in the front of the door)! The repair guy told us that he wished he would have known it was still leaking (maybe corporate and their warranty dept should communicate better). The repair tech was there 10 minutes was ready to leave. I said, wait, are you leaving?! He said I don't have the parts and I have to go by what the master tech tells me to do. That's when I'd had enough! I spoke with Melissa (corporate) and she said the repair would need to be scheduled, but that they'd have to find another technician (apparently I hurt the guy's feelings). Melissa said the warranty is only for repair work, not for replacements. I'm sorry, but if your product is defective, and your warranty guy says it's fixed ("50 years experience" by the way) and yet is still leaking, I believe you should replace the product (and I'm not talking about a 15% discount Carrol). HEY WHIRLPOOL...STAND BY YOUR PRODUCT!! No resolution to date!!

Yes, I love this dishwasher is essential for any kitchen! It helps keep your dishes organized, prevents water from pooling on the counter, and promotes better airflow for drying. A quality dish rack saves time and effort by making dish drying easier and more efficient

Best Buy team service was great , my dishwasher had problems that needed to replace, had been scheduling for months due to leak of product and no one at home . Finally it was resolved.

It’s nice. It is very quiet. I’m just disappointed in myself for not realizing it does not have an “ air dry “ selection. Also no “ my favorites” button. I liked that on my last washer.

This has been a great dish washer. I don't recommend using the pods unless you want to frequently change out lines, but the liquid detergent does great and doesn't clog the lines. Dishes are always clean!

Have had this for a couple weeks and I’ve run it a few times. Seems to be working well and dries well with the “extended dry” option. I’m pleased so far. The cycle takes a while but it’s quieter than my old dishwasher so I’m pleased overall.
