Work great! That musty "basement smell" is gone. The unit was easy to setup and is easy maintain.

This dehumidifier is nice and quiet also a great size for the location it’s in.

Purchased this to help remove humidity from basement. Works great without having to hook up a hose, as the unit will automatically turn off and indicate that the tank is full. The only drawback is it seems to get louder the longer it runs. Was able to get on sale, so worth it for the savings.

The Whynter 60-Print dehumidifier has proven to be very reliable. There were no issues with the set-up and the device has worked well.

Got this to replace a Frigidaire that broke. This model is way more quite. Has a continuous run feature or a comfort feature which keeps humidity at 50%

I bought the 60 pint and ran it in my basement immediatly after it arrived. In 2 1/2 days I emptied the bucket 3 times running the Whynter on 45 setting continually. I moved the dehumididier around the room because the old one broke down and I didn't realize it. Now I run it on normal setting but continue to move it around and empty by hand for the time being. This Whynter does a fabulous job, I am very pleased with the performance after several weeks usage. It's fairly quiet and does a great job. Delivery was prompt as well.

Would be 5 stars but the description said with pump so I had to put it on a shelf, it is quiet and automatic so I would recommend it

Wish the power cord was longer but it’s a great dehumidifier!

I purchased this unit because it claims it has a pump and the pictures even show a pump button, but there is NO pump. It only has a drain hose, like many others. I took it out of the box, saw it didn’t have a pump, then went back the next day and returned it. Never even turned it on.

I installed this dehumidifier on my basement and it took the humidity to the set up level very fast. The most important is tha this device is not on the list or recalled de humidifiers that I just saw :)

Our dehumidifier broke and we needed a new one went a little bigger but this one has worked great. Used it on high first couple weeks and then normal and our basement has been back to normal.

We replaced an old dehumidifier that finally died and found this one to pick up immediately to remove excessive moisture in a basement that is completely underground.

We have had many dehumidifiers and by far this is the most quiet one.

Does a great job, is much quieter than the other ones that I have been using. Good price. Good value .

I purchased online at bestbuy.com for use in basement. Unboxed, followed instructions, & powered the unit on. Noise comes from unit that sounds & feels like internal fan is rubbing & on turbo speed, knocking against something internal. Noise is quite loud & not normal operation. I followed the troubleshooting step in the manual that said to try to place the unit on a more level surface & "try again in a few hours" which I thought was an odd duration but tried it anyway to no avail. When boxing unit back up for return, a medium sized screw that had threading grease on the threads was poking through between two of the dry air exhaust fins. Probably important & didn't get secured properly & made it past quality inspection. :-( I was excited about this dehumidifier based on the little research that I did & the 1 positive review at the time of purchase. Will be exchanging for a different brand. Probably Frigidaire.

Works great in our basement. We empty as needed. Keeps the basement door away.

This works great if you want to keep emptying the water out. I prefer to let it self drain but the connection for this is terrible. The hose keeps disconnecting and I tried 2 different hoses. Good for the price but I’d prefer another 1 that keeps the connection to the hose on.

the best buy said it comes with a pump and it does not..it operates by gravity which is useless for my application. Also.doesnt even come with the hose thats needed!

Had to buy a drain hose to fit my drain. Won’t have to worry about any moisture.
