The installation of my new Arctic Wind 12,000 BTU air con (model 3AWTWH120002A) went so pleasingly smoothly! I was already happy with the discount from $699 to $379. Technicians Joseph Julian and Mario were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. Strangely, Fedex had delivered the air con outside our car garage in the rear, instead of at the front door, without notification. We could easily have hit it with the rear of our car if we were not careful. Joseph and Mario said no problem, quickly put the air con on their trolley and rolled it to the front, and carried it up the front steps to our front door. The installation was quick, and the air con is satisfyingly cold and strong. They then took away the boxing materials and old air con, left our area clean and neat. I thought it was worth paying $129.99 for the installation. I also want to compliment the Best Buy phone rep Tim Dahl who spent a substantial amount of time helping me to select my air con, answer my many questions (e.g. about whether the wall power socket was for 230 volts), all with great professionalism, humor, and patience! Tim, Joseph and Mario really put the Best in Best Buy, in my opinion, and Best Buy would do well to take good care of such good employees!

I am a senior and had no way to install a large AC unit in my window. I chose a unit that included delivery and installation. 2 guys showed up and had the unit installed in less than a half hour. They were polite and knowledgeable and even cleaned up after the install. Very pleased!

The installers were kind, courteous, and professional. They took the time to do the job correctly! The cleanup crew left a piece of the old air conditioner. I was able to throw it away myself. Other than that excellent job!

I pay for convenience nothing was easeier than having Best buy install my window AC. The installers were extremely kind & did a great job.

Best job done,they explained everything mark and Erick were awesome,They arrived on time and did a great job and explained how to use everything.The ac unit is amazing it really worked I tried others and they just blew hot air but this is amazing it really works,I used best buys tech support if you don't have it you should get it.well overall I'm very pleased with my product and the service.Doesnt take up much room at all and you can use it year around,has a heater and humidifier.

This A.C arrived earlier than expected, has worked as expected. The room cools within a few minutes, at 70° temperature. Overall the value, build and performance are strong. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service. BestBuy scheduled delivery date and time and it was delivered in time. When I had to return the original AC (24000 BTU) BestBuy also schedule pickup return and it was done on time also. My CC was credited for the initial expense within 3-4 days. I'm very satisfied with the customer service at BestBuy

The installation went well. The only issue is that water leaks into the room when it rains.

I paid $130 for installation. Then i found out the Bracket did not even support the Window AC. Called the technician told me it is supposed to be that way because of my window. So when remove it, it will not fall. Kidding? The bracket supposed to support AC, not for removing. My the other window AC has not problem with the same type of window. Lying!!! And they were late, finally i found out why they were rushing out of my Apt before i find out something wrong. Now have to spend another whole day for fixing the problem. And threw out tips to the air. I would give negative stars if i can.

Service sucks. Month later ac they installed with no Freon in it is still in window and not working. Every week said they would be out never show up. The last time they were gonna send out an installer that can’t do anything about Freon. What a joke. Trying to get refunded but now telling me it’s too late, for something that never worked. Cut up their BB card and will never buy anything again from them

Since August 5/22 your installers have not showed up to install an LG - 550 Sq. Ft. 12,000 BTU Smart Window Air Conditioner - White Model: LW1222IVSMm purchased on: July 28, 2022. I received installation notifications for 08/17/22, 08/18/22. No one called to explain or to schedule a new date.

Very bad. Not happy. Don't have remote control. Strange installation.

I really like the Ac! It gets very cool to be very such a small unit! I only had it on a half hour and i noticed the difference in temperature in the house on low 65. My apartment is a very 1 bed. And with each open door the air seeps in pretty much everywhere and keeps it really comfortable! And its a 5000 BTU unit!!! Very powerful! Must say the installers did such a great quick job! I would say in 20 mins the most! It was so quickly i couldn't believe it! Lol.. Thanks Best BUY!

I ordered an specifically ordered an "In the wall" air conditioner and paid for installation service. After placing the order, The issues began! 1) A few days later I went to track where the AC was and found out a third-party company was delivering the AC and I was required to go to their site and schedule the delivery. I had already done this with Best Buy, so I basically lost 5 days. THe frustrating this is that Best Buy NEVER reached out to me via Text, email, etc to tell me this. 2) So because I had scheduled installation, I had to track down the delivery company and drive 45 minutes to pick up an AC that weighed over 100 lbs, to ensure the ac was there when the installers arrived! Then the 2nd issue - the installers were not aware that the install was for a Wall install, and immediately planned to just leave!. My 80+ aunt needed air as we were experiencing a heatwave. We finally convinced them to stay at an extra COST. They finally installed the AC, they did a really messy job, left junk and materials all over the living room and outside on my front steps. I understand they may not have been prepared to install a wall AC. But the attitude and the lack of communication between Best Buy and the delivery company and the installers needs to be better!

The Geek Squad installer arrived on time, was professional, respectful, well and cleanly dressed. He easily took my AC unit up to the second floor and wasted no time installing the product. I was with him during the entire process and he explained everything I questioned him about without being condescending or annoyed. The installation with quick, well-one, without incident. I was completely impressed.

I live in a 16x80 mobile home. I did not think it would keep the kitchen, living room, and hallway cool, but to my surprise, it keeps the house cool! I love that it has three settings and tells you when to clean the filter. Installation was easy.
