I bought this range hood with ductless option, but the sale associate did not order the top part for me. Also it take too long to deliver as well as install

Replaced the same hood that got blown out in a power surge. Like the size and seamless design---no difficult cracks to clean. Baffels clean easily in dishwasher. Just wish it wasn't so loud.

good overall hood. The exhaust fan is a louder than the description suggests and the light on/off switch is finicky. Installation is simple, but the guide is worthless.

One complaint. The light and fan controls are almost hidden underneath the hood. Very inconvenient unless you are 4 Feet tall. I'd prefer the LG but it wasn't available

Works well with powerful venting even for intense cooking. Well built. The noise is tolerable for this CFM. Certainly not 'quite' but have had louder fans before which were much less effective. The configuration of the switches is a bit confusing with a separate power on and off switch. Overall a good unit.

Really nice hood range... only problem was the lights were very yellow so I bought the bright whites for 60 shippped. A little steep but worth it

Our situation was somewhat restrictive due to the space we had for a hood. We had to return a different model and ended up with this one. We're very pleased with the hood. It fits the space nicely, and looks great and functions well. The features are adequate for this device. I would recommend it to anyone with a small space requirement but wants as much feature functionality as possible.

Really like the hood. I'm just not into stainless steel. We could only get our new dual stove in stainless steel.

So far fully satisfied with the performance. No complaints about the extra noise as I was contemplating before.

Good looking and quite, multiple fan speeds a plus. Clears any smoke from cooking.

Night light sensor isn't working. Other than that the unit looks great and seems to function properly.

This is an excellent range hood. We purchased the optional recirculating kit since we did not have an external ducting system. The range hood has two powerful exhaust fans with attractive commercial removable vents. What I really liked was the fact that the controls are underneath the hood. You can't see them from outside the hood and you can only see them if you look under the hood (unless you aren't very tall! :-))

It is sucking most of my smell from cooking which includes too much oil

Poor quality workmanship. The grills keep falling down on my range. The Best Buy installer had a terrible time trying to get the parts to match up and fit. This thing should NOT be sold at Best Buy!
