Pre ordered for the metal poster, I thought I would pick up both in store, but it ended up being mailed out to me a week later. It was packaged well with plenty of bubble air pocket wrap. Very excited to spend many more hours with the game. There are many quality of life improvements from the original release. Speaking as somebody who has the other 3 games and torna expansion. I am playing on a mix of the OLED switch and sometimes docked. Game looks great. Enjoy for those that pick it up.

Fun game, its not heavy story driven like the other Xenoblade games. This is mostly exploration/side quests heavy with story missions locked until reaching a certain level.
I've played all previous Xenoblade games and their dlcs, Xenoblade Chronicles X, for me, is at the bottom of the tier; not that its bad. I'm personally more into story than open world.
I'd personally rate the Xenoblade games as:
1. Xenoblade Chronicles 2
2. Xenoblade Chronicles 3
3. Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition
4. Xenoblade Chronicles X Definitive Edition

An excellent upgrade from the Wii U version, now on Switch. Appreciate the quality of life improvements, such as a menu to find party members instead of having to find them manually in the overworld. The new content really expands the lore of the series overall!

I have not gotten that far into the game yet. However, so far it has been a great experience, and I can tell that I’m in for a grand adventure! As for the preorder bonus, it looks awesome in my collection. The image is nice and the size is exactly how I wanted it!

One of the best entries in the series. If you're a fan of Xenoblade you will love this game. If you are new to the series, then this will be a good entry point and hopefully get you to invest in the other games. Highly recommend this game.

The Xenoblade series has always been known for its quality, and this remake of the Wii U classic is no exception. It’s one of the biggest game worlds I’ve ever experienced, I’m over 100 hours in and still nowhere near done, it’s incredible!

Perfect just as the Wii U original version! Even more great with new content added, reliving my excitement all over again. May be difficult for first timers but all worth it once you get the hang of it.

Let me first by saying the game is fine. I'am so tired of receiving damaged stuff from best buy at this point. Someone needs to be held accountable for this shat. Granted the added bonus is they did put it in a box this time hooray....

This game has a truly massive open world (150 square miles, ten times the size of Skyrim). The story is not the fantastical hero's journey you might expect from an RPG, but there is a big cast of colorful characters and fun dialog. The combat is sort of like an MMO, with melee and ranged auto-attacks to choose from, and a set of skills on cooldown timers. Combat can seem a little obtuse at first but is fairly engaging and rewarding as you get better at it. The real pull of this game is in the sense of constant progression, and the satisfaction of exploring this huge world. Several chapters in, you get access to a mech (giant robot) that is a complete game-changer for traversal and battle. Overall this is a very fun sci-fi romp that you can easily sink 100+ hours into.
