I have never used a 3D printer before. The setup was quick and easy. The included software has a bit of a learning curve, so we used the microsoft 3D program and transferred the file over. My tech savvy 9 year old designed and printed his very own chess pawn in about an hour. I highly recommend if you are new to 3D printers.

I have several 3d printers that I had to put together, sure they had bigger areas to print, but no customer support, bad boards, hard to level, this little printer does a great job.
I would recommend this to a friend
