    This is an amazing receiver, but unless you're planning on hooking up your 4k player, cable box and every gaming system ever made, it is quite an overkill. save yourself some cash an opt for a lower model which will do the same thing

    I have three other Yamaha receivers including a RX-V1 and this is very complicated. Almost impossible without hooking up to a tv or monitor Yamaha;s support is slow so not really helpful. Once set up the sound is very good.

    The Yamaha was to arrive the day after house- calls were cancelled. I am anxiously awaiting a reschedule.

    Receiver is heavy, and depth is deep. But the 2080 + 3080 are even deeper almost 20 inch deep. And weigh-in at close to 40 lb
