Worst air fryer and company ever

The air fryer is terrible, after only 2 months of very few usages, it completely stopped working, it doesn’t turn it on anymore. I tried to reach out the company to get it fixed/replacement/reimbursement based on the 1 year warranty. It took me an entire month and multiple attempts website/email/phone number to get a response from them to finally been said that I should handled that with Best Buy, which is not, I even confirmed that in person at the store. Also now they are claiming that for products sold by Best Buy they only give 90 days warranty, and even that I first contacted them less then 90 days from purchase, they still don’t solve my case. I have brand new broken air fryer, this is worst company ever, worst costumer service, the person who handles warranty (Mrs Green) doesn’t solve anything and take weeks to reply a single email. RUN from them, you’re warned!
