Love the new smoker/grill. Our propane grill finally broke down and as I am getting older, have issues lifting heavy propane tanks, I don't like charcoal grills either, so was looking for an affordable plug in grill. Ran across this product. Haven't really smoked anything yet, but have done pork chops and steaks on it. Only issue was, I had 8 steaks on at once and the ones on the right side cooked more than the others. So that is something I will have to watch better in the future!

It's a Steep Learning Curve

Beautiful item but it is a learning curve. If you are a charcoal griller and have any other plug and play product smoker you really have to take a few tries before you find the sweet spot of cooking with this pellet grill smoker.

The smoker works well. If I had realized there was an updated model that cost just a little bit more, I would have ordered it since this model was discontinued.

So the "axles" or bolts that mount the wheels were missing in the box but Zgrill did end up shipping me new ones
