It ended up being 2 different employees that did the transfer - the first being in a hurry because it was time for him to be off from work. One didn’t know what the other had done. First time this has ever happened with Best Buy.

I’ve dropped my phone & cracked the screen twice, both times it protected my phone. I love that I can bring it to Best Buy, and someone will apply a new screen for me and replace it for free. This was very easy to install: just put the phone in the tray, line up the installation holes, and your done!

Zagg screen protector

My nails are not that strong so I honestly don't know how this speaks to the strength of the protector itself. I will say that the installation template/tool that Zagg provides is very useful and sets it apart from similar products.
