The screen has scratched. The screen protector is thick and seems to protect it well, however the shield itself has some scratches on it.

If you like a thick feeling, shinny glass protector for your iPhone, then this is for you. I however do not. Product returned.

Installed professionally by BestBuy technician. Very happy in the beggining. After 3 months started to come out on the corners. This is the second one I buy. Not anymore.

Just installed the Invisible Shield screen protector today. Excellent instructions and accessories to make the process easy. Had some trouble getting all the bubbles removed.

The first Shield I had was the Smudge Proof and it seemed a little "blurry", so I now have the High Definition. Have only had one month,but it seems that it has too many scratches already. I can see fine with it, but makes me wonder if in a few months if I'll need to replace. There is lifetime warranty, but I am still trying to register it online (won't accept my input). I have sent email to Customer Service to register it.

Bought this protector over a year and a half ago, and it's still protecting my screen. You need to be really careful putting it on as others suggested, and if you do that it will last a long time and protect the screen.

Screen protector does its job. It is very durable, doesn't peel off and is barely noticeable. I have used them on all of our phones and the only problem I have seen is that one time it bubbled when out in extreme heat and sunlight for an extended period of time, longer than 6 hours.

This screen protector's instructions were confusing. It was more difficult to apply than it should be. The plastic cover on the actual screen was difficult to remove.

THis was the first purchase I made when getting the iPhone 5S. As long as it is professionally installed by a Best Buy Staff member, you should enjoy years of troublefree use!

It fits the phone nicely and does not interfere with the camera or button on the phone. Best Buy installed it and did since job. It holds up well and does not get marked up.

Good protection but can't get rid of smudges under protector that came from liquid applicator.

I purchased these for all of our i phones and registered them. When I dropped my phone on a slate floor, my glass screen shattered. However, due to this shield protector, I was able to continue to use my phone until filing and receiving a repair. I would recommend this product.

Feels sturdy. Placement was pretty easy. I have one on my other phone as well and haven't had any issues of it peeling off. Decent product worth the price

nice guarantee, durable. cleanly removable. It does cause a little distortion in the image seen on the screen. It is a trade off for the protection. no problem with bubbles.

It's a nice screen protector but it has it's downs too. It peels easy and gets dirty underneath fast. The lifetime is good but not if you have to send it in every month.

Dropped my phone and shattered my screen but I was able to keep using it until I got my new phone. The "shield" protected my face and held the pieces of the screen together.
