It's like a rubber piece that comes of and is NOT invisible !!

It has come loose in corner, need new one.have to go back and get a new one.

The shield was too bubbly and did not look nice at all.

for a product with a guarantee it scratches easily and looks bad

I've purchased quite a few invisi-shields for me and my family. They are easy to install and they hold and feel great. I have always installed my own and I seldom have a bubble and if so it does heal itself in a day or so. The HD Shields I purchased for the 5 and my daughters 4S is awesome, it's as close as you can possibly get to having nothing on the screen and it still be protected. The key is to spray enough of the solution on the shield that it will allow you to move it around until you have it placed just where you want it. This creeped me out the first time I did it but voila, everything worked out perfectly and my device was unharmed. Installed my screens and really - I use my phone immediately, didn't give me one problem and my screen is as clear as you can imagine.

It didn't work with my otter. It bubbled up. It was a waste.

This was purchased for a member of the military so far it protects the screen. It wasn't installed perfectly and had air bubbles thought.

I installed it; but, noticed there were 2 small imperfections under the shield. I took it back to Best Buy and they decided to replaced the protector and installed it for free. The installation was worth exactly what it cost me (nothing). The installer damaged 2 of these before he finally got one installed. He failed to follow the instructions. He sprayed the phone which created puddles. Then he sprayed his fingers and the HD Shield. When using the squeegee he was using the using the grip side of the squeegee not the blade. The did this to both my iphone and my wife's. The next day both were covered in large air bubbles. I returned both and got new ones to install by myself. It took less than 5 minutes a piece to install. Her phone is perfect and mine has one tiny spot of a bubble or speck of something under the Shield. Both phones are in cases and we have had no problems. I dropped my phone 2 stories and it hit the ladder face first before hitting the grass. The case was dented and separated; however, the glass was undamaged. That may have been a combination of the HD Shield and dumb luck.

Two things to know about this screen protector: 1. Requires wet application so be careful during installation not to get liquid into the ports/openings on the phone. 2. Requires phone to be powered off for 12-24 hours during the application process so plan accordingly. Many of the air bubbles/imperfections smooth themselves out during this time.

This screen protector was very easy to install. The air bubbles disappeared within 24 hours. My only complaint is that I wish it came with the back side protector as well.

Unlike many other screen protectors, this one is scratch-resistent and clear at the same time.

I bought this because other screen protectors seem to scratch up within a day. These seem to be stretchy thus don't show scratches like a typical screen protector would. This particular one does smudge easily, however, and was almost twice the price in store. I'm hoping it lasts with the price being so high just for one screen protector. It fits a little small but the primary portions of the screen are covered. Application was a little difficult (remember to use the spray on your fingertips, too!) but I eventually got past it. Now I'm just waiting for the micro-bubbles to dissipate as they took about 3 days on my last device.

This screen protector is very good. It's very similar to a 3m hood protection you put on car. The material is very strong and is very resistant to scratching. It does not affect the brightness of the iphone 5 at all when installed. I find that it is about 1 mm too short all the way around but it's still fine especially if you are putting it in a case of some sort. I did a good install using the instructions and honestly you have a hard time seeing it. You almost have to look for it when it's installed. To address people worried about installation let me say this. If you are willing to put aside a good 10 minutes, be patient and set up a dust free little area around your phone you will get a good install. To help you out here's what i have done to install these on all my iphones in the past and my iphone 5: 1.) wipe down a 2 foot area on the kitchen counter 2.) put iphone on a fresh dust free towel 3.) i spray a very small amount of windex on the included microfiber cloth and wipe down the iphone screen really really good to take of finger marks/oils and dust. 4.) inspect the iphone screen really good without ever touching it to make sure there's not one piece of dust. Remember even the smallest inconsequential little piece of dust could create a little bubble. 5.) Spray your hands really well with the provided solution to avoid finger marks on the HD protector. 6.) remove protector from package and spray provided solution on adhesive side. I know it seems odd to have a wet screen protector going on your nice electronic phone. Just don't flood it so solution gets in ports. 7.) Carefully position the protector on the iphone and position it for the fit you want. 8.) Important - For a nice bubble free install squeegy from the center of the phone screen outwards to the side. This will give you a great bubble free install. Squeegy comes in the kit. 9.) Important tip 2 - Let phone sit for about 6 hours without turning it on. Two benefits. First, this gives you the best bubble free adhesion. Two, it gives plenty of "curing" time so that you don't get lifting corners on it in the future. Hope this helps.

This screen protector works great...once you have it installed correctly. My husband tried the first time and ended up getting bits of the black cloth stuck to the protector. I took over and got the protector on but the bits are still there. I'm just going to deal with it until I actually need a new protector.
