Not only were the instructions too small to read without a magnifying glass, they were missing a step. As a result i ran out of the water necessary to apply the screen. Needless to say, a complete waste of money and my time

Just like protecting the front element of a good camera lens, it's a good idea to protect the display panel of a cell phone. Or, so you would think. This product attempts to do just that. That's a good thing! But, this product interferes, to a noticeable degree, with the sensitivity of the touch-screen feature of the phone! That's a bad thing! After buying an iPhone, and running into other iPhone owners, I have yet to find a single one who has had any problems with scratches or other maladies of their display screens. Hence, I have had regrets of having this item placed on my phone at time of purchase! Now, I have to see if I can have it removed.

Great protection for your phone, especially from things in your pocket that can damage a phone.

My previous phone had an InvisibleShield. It looked brand-new when I sold it.

I had Best Buy put it on for me. It lasted only a month before it started peeling on the screen. It was great while it was on but for the money I paid I would hope to get better life from it

good quality as usual from zagg but doesn't fit entire screen or cover it and hold way to many fingerprints. if on a white device will turn yellow over time but the warranty does cover that.

Pass on these, your phone is made of gorilla glass and won't scratch anyway. You are much better off going solo than to buy this product.

I sure hope it protects my phone from damage because the product made my new phone look old because there is no "ease of application." The video shows a spray to clean your hands and the screen. That's no longer included, so you're going to have marks when you're applying the screen. I should have spent the extra money and bought a better product and might get so tired of looking at the smudges and marks that I go ahead and peel off the protector and buy a better one.

I think screen protectors are a must for all smart phone owners.

iPhone 5: Put it on my screen according to instructions and it was not real clear and was difficult to get aligned perfectly. I left it on for about 2 weeks and the clarity improved but I noticed that it was hard to answer the phone because the touch screen sensitivity was compromised. I actually missed a couple calls because the phone wouldn't recognize that I was touching the screen. After 1 month I removed the screen protector and now I have a clear screen again and no problems with the touch screen.

The protector came out once after 2 days. I took it back they redid it but it came out a week later. So either the application is not done right or the product is not good.

Not bad. Visual quality excellent, but will take advantage of free replacements as It shows indentations made by nicks.

Overall, not satisfied. I took mine off today. It always looked dirty and felt too rubbery. The screen by itself was so clear, smooth, and clean. The protector made it none of these. And HD meant nothing more than words on the box. It had the same clarity and feel as the cheaper Zagg I had on my Optimus V. Granted I dropped that phone 25+ times and the screen is still perfect.

This screen protector offers good protection from scratching and it comes with all you need to install it. The fit is horrible. It doesn't cover from side to side of the top glass so it leaves up to 5 mm of exposed glass. The cut outs are very loose to form a strep around the home button and the camera. The fit is so bad that I'll find a better replacement and change it ASAP.

Warning: The current screen protector by Zagg does not properly fit the iPhone 5. I purchased the case-friendly HD screen protector, only to discover that Zagg took one big guess at the iPhone 5 prior to the official launch. There are two extremely noticeable issues. 1.) The top of the iPhone was cut not knowing where the camera lens was going to be. Therefore, there is unprotected space to the left of the earpiece speaker. 2.) The overall width of the screen protector is not correct! If you center the screen protector over the home button, there is more covering the left side of the screen than the right. I am not recommending you purchase another screen protector. I love Zagg's products. I recommend you WAIT for an undated cut to be released. There are already updated photos popping up on their web site. I will be returning this item back to Best Buy, and I will purchase the proper cut when it is release.

This screen cover does NOT cover the whole screen. For the price point I would expect better. Totally disappointed. I have a quarter of an inch on the left side and about an eighth of an inch on the right. And the screen is perfectly centered????? Awful!!!

It was very difficult to install, although perhaps if you do this often you might have a better experience. The top and bottom edges have gaps, which is ridiculous from a design standpoint and makes handling the product even more difficult.
