Not as wide as the screen and picks up fingerprints easily/smudges

This screen protector does not install easily at all, and it does not even cover the entire screen. The spray bottle that the installation solution came in did not work. It would not spray the solution at all.

Had it inatalled at best buy and alreay had to have it replaced. Cover started to peel before it reached 30 days. I have one on my iPad 3 and no problems but this one doesn't cover the entire phone face.

I wish i had paid attention to the bad reviews this product had. I bought it online and went to the store to pick it up so I could avoid shopping. I stayed in the store and tried to put the screen protector on my phone. I followed the instructions very carefully. This screen protector is only slightly better at protecting the screen than saran wrap would be at protecting the screen. Of course , I can't return it so I have to deal with the manufacture. Ugh!! I ended up having to shop for a screen protector. Buy a glass one not this film one.

Perfectly centered on home button and camera lens, but 1/8" gap on left side, no gap on right side. Obviously defective, but no returns to store and, if sent for replacement, Zagg will require a hold charge on your credit card. You're then at their mercy to decide to release the hold or keep the money. Don't do business with a company that won't replace defective products in a customer-friendly way. Also the film has a textured surface -- not flat and smooth. It's slightly soft and sticky. Bits of dust and sand embed in the film and stay there. It's advertised as self-healing. But it scratches easily and the scratches stay. Look elsewhere for a cheaper, better protector.

Had Best Buy place the shield on my new Iphone 5 the day I picked it up. Within 3 weeks I had bubbles and started peeling from the edges. Wnet back to Best Buy and I was 1 day beyond the allowed 30 day return so they refused to do anything.

For $20, you would expect a screen protector to actually be applicable to the iPhone. This is not the case with Zagg. For one, the alignment of the home button and the camera are slightly off. The other problem is even after following the instructions and watching the video tutorial, the screen protector ends up with air bubbles that do not go away and the screen protector itself actually tears pretty easily. Not recommended

Complicated installation. I spent ten minutes trying to peel the front and back off shield. Ended up tearing the shield. Complete waste of $25

The cover doesn't fit like the old iPhones because Apple has moved the sensor to the left of the ear speaker. It will be offset because of how the sensor is placed on the iPhone 5.

i have not been happy with the durability of the screen protector. it does not stay on well with certain cases. i would rather buy a cases that has a built in sreen protector.

Was in BestBuy for something else and saw this and as I had just received my iPhone 5 needed a screen protector. Wish I'd had the benefit of reading the other review about the size as I wouldn't have wasted my money. I have had Zagg on every iPhone and iPad that I've owned, and have always been a fan. But this product was clearly a guess on their part as to what the iPhone actual dimensions would be. It leaves a gap of 1/8 inch on both sides, and just about that amount at both the top and the bottom. It doesn't fit.

I bought this screen saver twice, once for my iPhone 4, and then again for my new iPhone 5 as it was the only one I could find locally. Should have known better. I had water-damage on the first phone, and even though I taped up all ports, I ended up nearly ruining my new phone too. The screen does not fit well and it is almost impossible to keep liquid from entering your earpiece. The screen does not fit well, feels gummy, and yellows the screen. Got clear dry-application screen-saver on-line instead. Happy now.

I was very disappointed with this. I should have followed my instinct and waited for one made specifically for the iPhone5.. It didn't fully cover the screen even though I had it set dead straight. I also didn't like the small "Zagg" showing. Ended up throwing it away. $20 bucks wasted. I'll check again when there are "real" ones available.

This product is awful. I paid $8 to Best Buy to get it installed perfectly, but the problem is that it is so strong, that it doesn't recognize my finger touch, it isolates the touchscreen technology and made my iPhone unusable. I have to click over and over before buttons respond to my interaction. I'm a hard core Instagrammer and need to shoot fast when I take pictures on the go. This protection shield destroys the experience of fast response from the touchscreen.

Zagg's InvisibleShield products have always been great, good strong material with bubble-less application. Why they released their iPhone 5 version cut too small for the phone I have no idea. It's like it was shrunk slightly, being 1/8" an inch from the edge of the phone all the way around. For this one reason I recommend staying away from this product until they correct the error.

First off don't get this its horrible. I had a worker at best buy put this on and was told the watermarks should go away after 48 hours. It's been a week and I finally took it off and bought a glass screen protector. Watermarks never went away and looked really bad. Don't buy this product it's a waste of money get the glass screen protector from spigen.

The Zagg can be snagged and the coverage area is not as complete as it it could be.

Was perfect until my wife noticed it was peeling off near home button. She has the 5s, loves the fingerprint sensor, so she needs a case rthat does not cover bottom part of bezel. Do yourself a solid and get the Zagg Extreme or Zagg Glass. This screen pro only works if covered by case.
