I like the life time warranty as this shield was more costly than products that are replaced over time. Had sales person put it on the phone as I am not good at getting it on smoothly.

A must for phones

My one complaint and reason for not giving it 5 stars is the trouble of installing it. You either have to pay to have it done or you have to be painstakingly patient and not afraid to mess it up.

I dont really appreciate the fact that Ive had it for a month and it already ripped. kind of disappointing.

The instructions leave out critical installation steps and it is easy to ruin the product before you realize your mistake.
