The item was unavailable for my HTC One M8, but was able to get help from BB in locating and purchasing a HTC One M9 one that did the job and the Geek Squad was quick to help out and install.

I have had the Zagg Shield on every smart phone I have owned since 2005. It has a lifetime warranty that I have used many times when the phone is replaced with the same model. I have dropped my phones many times over the years and never broke a screen! It's just personal preference between a glass shield or a plastic type. Whichever one does not effect your case over the phone.

I've used a Zagg Invisishield for 5 years so when I got a new phone it was a simple choice of what to get. I can feel a slight difference in the feel, which is to be expected, but no loss in functionality, which is also exactly what you need. I'm sure that when I get a different phone in the future, I will get another Invisishield

The screen protector looks to be very durable and appears to provide good scratch protection. I had it installed on my granddaughters phone by Geek Squad. There were a few bubbles remaining on the screen after a couple of days but they weren't serious detractors. However, there were too many bubbles for me to rate this screen a 5 star. Bear in mind, that the quality of installation may have been a factor but the associate indicated it was quite normal for bubbles to be present for a day or two.

I had to buy a screen protector because I cracked my glass screen ... I basically needed something to hold it together until I can replace my phone. I like this style screen protector as it is soft and pliable. So it easy goes on, allowing normal functionality and protects me from cuts from the broken screen.

Good product so far, was told its not to protect breaks just scratches.

I had one of these on my old phone and it worked great!! I recently upgraded to a glass one and it's awesome too. Both are smart choices, this one is a little less expensive than the glass so I guess I'd say it's a better value, although the glass protector is also highly recommended if you're willing to spend the extra money!!

It is a piece of plastic that goes on your phone screen. This one is shiny. the Best Buy folks convinced me to buy it and let them install it. The idea was that if it ever fails I will get a new piece of screen plastic and it will be installed for free.

You can't tell the difference from it to the glass on the phone. Doesn't peel off from the screen and I haven't seen a scratch on it yet in the three months I've had it on.
