I followed the instructions to the letter. It even came with a way to hold the phone so you can be tremendously precise. But as I was using the squeegee to finish these lines were showing up at the center and upper quarter of the screen. It's as if they were already on the film before the backing was removed. I only hope I can return it as a defective product. Again, the process to put it on was well instructed and laid out, but the protector itself seems to have been poorly made.

4 Stars because the instructions are not very clear, but i really like the quality of the screen protector. I followed the instructions to the T, but because it is not very friendly and there was no videos to watch, i ended up getting a couple bubbles (I really dislike when this happens, specially to a $30 screen protector). I was ready to go to best buy the next day, but the product adjusted to my screen and the bubbles was gone :o I was amazed and can say that although the instructions sucks, i would buy this again!

Love zagg. They have s life time warranty. I registered my product on the zagg website. When it cracked they sent me a new one free.

At the time I went to get this screen protector, there was only one person working in the mobile department and she was pretty busy. Another employee helped me put this on my phone but he seemed to have a little bit of trouble with it. There were a couple bubbles and it already started lifting within just a couple days. I haven't had a chance to go back in to get it replaced but I will soon. Anyway, it is protecting my actual screen so it is doing its job.

The screen protector itself is wonderful. The kit to apply it, however, is another story. The first step was to peel off 1 layer of plastic, then place it on the tray to line it up before pressing down and adhering to the screen. Well, the pull tab didn't release on side 1, and pulled off side 2. That meant no way to line it up on the tray. So I had to eyeball it and pray that it lined up straight. Of course it didn't. So it's stuck on my phone crooked, but at least doesn't block the selfie camera opening. I'd still buy it again, but would figure out a different way to install it.

Provides good protection to the screen but it is very difficult to install.

Great screen protector and easy warranty exchange. Can't even tell i have a screen protector on my phone. Had to warranty out my hubby's and it was a super easy transaction.

Victoria was great! Explained the pluses of this product. How this new formula protects phone. Easy to read, no glare or ripples upon application. Antimicrobial Screen.. Would recommend.

Very soft unlike the tempered glass covers. Any little thing that touches it seams to make indented marks in the protector. Other than that, it seems to do its job so far

This is not a glass screen protector. The tray is the installation guide frame itself. Anyway I purchased the wrong protector, this is the the one for note20 5G and I needed note20 ultra 5G. But I had this brand in my previous note10+ and galaxy s20 and is not really good, With the time it starts peeling off and gets dirt build up around the edges.
