These Zagg device covers are way overpriced, and so is the installation fee at Best Buy!!!!!! I was quoted $7.95 at first and then it jumped up to $14.95 when I went to pay!!!

Was on my iPad for less than 2 days. Baby hit iPad and it fell. Screen cracked in two. It was not a hard or violent fall. Should not have broken in my opinion.

If u have to warranty on out u have to go through the company and send them to have it put on. Quality is good but have had some that are better then others

Zagg has alot of hype to it, their warranty if u can get ahold of them is they send u one then u have to take it to the store for them to put on

The instillation took awhile. It was worth the wait because the work was done with care and precision.

Though it was my fault, I purchased the wrong screen protector for my iPad Air 2. I didn't realize it until after I opened it and placed it on my iPad. And I'm not sure why Bestbuy i still selling screen protectors in store for the original iPads since the Air has been out for a few years.

I went to Best Buy to purchase a screen protector for my IPad, took it with me and asked an associate which one would fit my IPad. He directed me to the screen protector and I made the purchase. When I got home the thing was already cracked. Okay, no problem I took it back and they did not have anymore gave me a refund. Went to another Best Buy and made the purchase, When I got home i made sure it wasn't cracked and made the attempt to put it on the IPad, well, that did not work out, it was about 1/2 inch to big. I called ZAGG and told them the problem, they sent the correct item and all is well.

I have had to replace this shield on both my iPhone and iPad Air 3 times with in a month, but my customer service with Best Buy is great!

Love this screen protector. Only problem, when it shattered, I attempted to replace it under warranty and the company no longer makes it. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying a product solely for the warranty.

Zagg Glass is the only screen protector I use!! They are great!!
