    I was told about this item at work and decided to replace the lousy plastic film on my iPad. The protector was installed by the salesperson (thanks so much for that). It took her a while to do, so I was very happy not to have to install it myself. It's a great product and really changed my iPad.

    I bought this for the oil-repellent feature and it sure minimizes our messy 6 year old's greasy/sticky fingerprints tremendously. I used to have to literally wash with soap and water and sponge the iPad screen every hour. Now I wash once a week and it's not so bad (he watches iPad while he eats). :) Absolutely invisible, no haze.

    It says it delivered, but I don't have any shipment. Will I get a refund or a replacement sent. I am not very happy. I was home all day and nothing arrived.
