Great Beverage cooler. Cool feature that you can change the internal Led light from white to a blue color. Quality can be seen in the assembly compared to other manufactures. Excellent manufactures quality.

We love the zephyr mini frig. What we like is that fact you have plenty of shelves for storing soft drinks and two shelves for wine. You can use the shelves to keep salads cold if you run out of room in your regular refrig!! Arlene

This refrigerator was recommended to us by a BestBuy associate. We were planning to buy a chipper model but it was worthwhile to spend extra money on Zephyr. It look good and very quite.

Super quiet and efficient. It holds a TON of beverages (I can't keep it stocked). The shelving slides out nicely. I was afraid the bottles would shift on the glass, but they don't. All around very happy. I hope it is durable and lasts a long time.

This fridge looks great! Pricey? yes but fits our space well and seems to be great build and quality. No issues so far and I hope I can continue to say that.

This unit lasted 8 months before it failed to hold temperature. I tried calling and selecting the option to have them call me back...they never called. So I wasted an hour and a half, waiting on their phone queue. The first time, the rep said hello, I said hello and the call disconnected. The second time I got a rep for a total of an hour and a half for the two calls. The rep did everything he could to avoid scheduling service. First he said I had to register online. I asked him to wait while I did that. To that he told me it takes a couple of hours for that to occur. He also told me to do a "hard reset"; unplug the fridge, wait three hours and plug it back in. I asked why? He said that's to ensure that all energy is drained from the motherboard. That is absurd. I think he just wanted to get me off the call hoping I would not call back. Let's say for the sake of discussion that I am wrong and the product really needs to be periodically unplugged for three hours. Seriously, a control-alt-delete for a refrigerator? Not really, it's much worse. It requires you empty the fridge, slide it out from under the counter, unplug it, wait for at least three hours, plug it back in and wait hours to see if it worked. Then you get to sit on the phone for an hour or so to tell them what happened. My suspicion is that the three-hour wait will allow everything to settle resulting in better performance for a while. This might make you believe the problem is solved. The hope is to avoid fixing your fridge. Avoid this company. I would say because they don't know what they are doing, but from the reps handing of the situation, my opinion is they know exactly what they are doing. Fool me once...I'll never buy anything from them again.
