App has got many features. I like the idea of extending it like a selfie stick. However no stabilisation

Value for money but directions in user manual not very easy to follow.

Used it 2-3 times from the date I purchased. Not too happy as I found it a bit difficult and at times does not connect.

It was way too complicated for my needs. All I needed was a selfie stick that could act as a tripod if I needed it to. That’s it. The instructions were in another language, as in, characters. I wasn’t sure if it was Japanese, Chinese or Korean. There were pictures to show me how to better understand the instructions. I had to do the whole QR code thing to get me to the website in which a video showed me what do. It also was not in English. Or any language for that matter. The subjects’ actions showed me that I needed to download an app to my phone in order to for this thing to work. What?!? Ok, fine whatever. Once I followed all the instructions (I think), I still had questions. There was no way I was gonna be able to have my questions answered simply by going back thru the little book provided which was in another language for trouble shooting. Any videos I watched, no one spoke. They just pointed at things and acted out stuff. I’m sure it’s probably a great product- for someone else. All I want is something simple, uncomplicated and quick to set up and use. I returned it with no problems and purchased another brand where people in the videos spoke. English. Also, this selfie tripod thing is not cheap. I found a cheaper one that works just fine for me.

Thing is the coolest gadget I have ever bought for a phone. Especially if you do a lot of recording or capturing special moments this is the gadget you must buy. I've had lot of quality pictures and and captured some amazing pictures. So if your a camera person I highly recommend this

not strong enough to hold iphone 12 pro max.....over all ,, this is just for a small phone.

I mainly bought it to hold cell phone. But you can use it as a selfie stick and taking stationary pictures. So far, it's an excellent product for the sale price. However, instructions are little and not very helpful.

I never opened or used this unit. I purchased a fancier model and returned this one.

Returned this item right away. The app that is needed is wonky and invasive. I never downloaded the app and did not use the product. I should have looked into this gimbal more before I purchased. So should you.

Choppy and not particularly responsive to the controls

I would give it less stars if possible. I have the Galaxy S20 Ultra and i bought that for the camera quality... The app only allows me to do 1080p 30 fps front facing video and the back will allow only 1080p and 4k 30fps. The app is EXTREMELY lacking on features and if you have a phone that weighs more than a feather... this will not work. I have the slimmest otter box case on my phone and it still has an extremely hard time fitting into the clasp. There are no settings in the app to change the speed of the motors and it just gets behind all the time (unless you move like a sloth). I understand that this is only $50 but its not worth it. Get a more expensive one that will actually work.

Pans well and reduces shakiness, but still very bouncy when walking and the instructions are horrible. I bought this for virtual showings while selling houses so walking is a must, will be returning for a DJI 3 axis gimbal.

1. Phone grip too small to hold iPhone with any case 2. Features like zoom on stick work only with its proprietary app. Won’t work with default built in camera app. 3. No instructions and complicated to use.
