Rexing GW101 1080p Full HD Front Dash cam - Black

Bought the camera and after installing it (using the manual recommendations) the camera returns to a different setting (probably a factory setting), the camera quits looping and the light sensitivity makes it useless in daylight and marginal at night. I've inserted a daytime picture - like looking at the sun. However, when you input the correct settings picture quality is good - it just won't retain the settings. Looking at their site it appears there is a question on their warranty support.

This is my first dash cam. It's actually pretty easy to use and video quality is pretty good. Not good enough to catch license plates on moving vehicles though. Has the time lapse feature, it wasn't listed when I bought it, so that's cool. Overall, I'm really happy with this cam for the price. I just wanted something to catch any action that might happen to me or in front of me during my commute and this definitely does the trick. The manual wasn't great, it seemed to be a mishmash from their other cams and listed some things that didn't exist on this and omitted things that his does have. It even had "User" misspelled on the front of it. But still, for this price it's definitely 5 stars. Maybe 4 stars if it was twice the price.

I like its low profile design. Good video quality. However the viewing angle of the display is narrow. The price at Bestbuy is the best.

Very good for the price ! But honestly i dont think its worth getting the wifi one cause its always laggy and it dont work most of the time. I say its better to save the extra $ and get the regular one . Other than that is good picture quality and easy to use .

I bought this Dash Cam for my car to film while I am driving. It comes in handy especially when you need proof during an accident. There are so many crazy drivers out there. Why not buy one. This is a necessity in my book. Protect yourselves!

I am extremely disappointed with this device. Picture resolution and overall performance is sub par compared to other brands. This was installed by BestBuy into a new vehicle, at this point I think it was a waste of money. In low lighting conditions, from dusk to dawn, the only images are of car headlights, streetlights and traffic lights. Another brand was installed into my wife's car, we can view the road on it 24 hours a day. REXING is not cost efficient, other brands cost less and perform better. BestBuy did a great job of installation, to bad it was not a quality product.
