Samsung - 4.5 cu. ft. Large Capacity Smart Front Load Washer with Super Speed Wash - White

Where do I start!? This Samsung washer looks large and in charge in our space and is very functional. We can now install counters and cabinets for folding and better storage as the size of the set is perfect and allows us to re-imagine our laundry room for efficiency. We wanted a large capacity washer and dryer - we definitely got it! I feel like I have a commercial set in my home. Front load for the win! The washer has a great set of preset selections with many more that can be downloaded using the "SmartThings" app (more on that later). Samsung takes the guesswork out of washing by allowing you to choose towels, bedding or whites just add detergent and start. The washer drains more water out of the clothes than expected. The washer runs quiet and effortlessly. Full disclaimer I do not have scientific evidence but I think my clothes come out cleaner and more fluffy using the tumble washing method vs top loading.  WIFI, SmartThings and laundry... it makes perfect sense! I know when my clothes are clean or if someone else is washing. I can add clothes then set them to wash later so that I can dry them right away when I'm around. I receive alerts when washing has completed so I don't have to guess if I need to check on the clothes. The app interface is simple, very clean and functional. You can download other care options for different clothes types, as well. There's a setting for nearly any clothing option.  Steam cleaning is great for sanitizing our little munchkin's clothes after school. I also use it to clean and deodorize my work clothes while keeping them wrinkle free. Nearly any item that you cannot or do not want to submerge in water, you can stream clean!   I received this item at a discount for my honest opinion.

The up to date sleek appearance made my dingy, boring basement look like I gave it a makeover. It's has so many user friendly features that are very useful, and has just the right type of settings for all different types of clothing, fabrics and laundry loads. I spend a lot of my time doing laundry so the things I really like about this washer, is the fact that it is energy efficient and it running time is custom to what type of load it is, so you're not wasting time over washing clothes that does not need it. That really helps me fit more loads in during the day. The washer is quiet when it's clean but I like that I can actually hear it when my load is done and ready to be put in the dryer. It is very user friendly because everyone in the household from my husband to my 14 year old is able to use it with no problems. The great feature is that I'm about to keep up with it when I'm away from home through the Smart Things app. I can control everything right from my phone, so I give it two thumbs up and would definitely recommend this washer to friends and family.

If the delay worked properly I would give this a 5 star rating. This is my second pair of Samsung Washer/Dryers. I love these even more than the first pair I had. They pair up to the SmartThings app, which honestly isn't super user friendly but its not rocket science. My delay has been used 6 different times. The delay pauses itself so it never complets or starts on time. I've tried reaching out to Samsung, they had me calibrate the drum, I did a 1 hour delay (it still didnt start on time) but it was doable. My 7 hour delay 6 hours later is still sitting at 5 hours. ** If you know how to fix this, please respond!!!!! ** The wash is quiet. The dryer just gets the job done and I love it. No regrets. No paid anything for this review. If your wondering- 2 weeks in, and I have no regrets.

Great service and great staff! Very patient and courteous. Demonstrated how to use washer and dryer clearly and answered my questions thoroughly and I felt I understood how to operate them right away. I could tell they were very knowledgeable about the machines. Very impressive! I was a bit scatterbrained this morning, but the guys didn’t mind at all. I really appreciated that! They made the installation a pleasant experience for me. Thanks to them both!

Love, love, love. I bought both washer and dryer. I stacked them and they work fantastic. They have many options for washing and dryer, including steam. The lint trap for dryer is a great design. No more lint all over dryer.
