Samsung - Galaxy Note20 5G 128GB - Mystic Gray (Verizon)

My favorite Samsung phone yet. Note 20. My second note phone. 6th Samsung phone in a row, over the last 12 years. Love Samsung and this one has been excellent. Still has great battery life after 2 years of heavy use. Especially during the pandemic it has had even more online gaming than any of my previous phones. For a phone to last me 2 years is amazing. I think it's my first smart phone that i haven't broken over the course of the first 2 years. I'm a contractor and my phones get wet and extremely dirty/dusty. Never had any issues. Occasionally I'll get a notice that my charging port is damp, but wireless charging still works fine. Usually only after i get soaked in the rain while working. Still Original battery and battery life is probably still 80% or better from when it was new. Primarily use wireless charger and it's great with Samsung fast charger. 2 hours for full charge from like 10%. Even better with the 25w wall charger from Samsung. Fully recommend this phone. Even after 2 years of updates, still the faster than my note 9 was. Never gets overheated. 5 out of 5 stars across the board. 2 years and the screen still functions perfectly. Always had great touch sense. Pen works perfect as well. Still original. Never had a sync issue. Great phone!

Very durable ive dropped it so many times and it still hasnt cracked

I have loved every Galaxy Note I've had. The pen feature is very useful for me. The camera is good, screen clear.

Had for over 5 years, never had a case for it. Awesome phone but the battery was wearing down which was partially my fault. Lasted through tons of drops and getting wet and the screen only ended up have one minor crack in it.

Great phone had it more than a year. Like the size and battery life.

Love this phone! It works as my pocket computer and takes beautiful pictures.

I had a Note 9 for three years and was pretty happy with it but my carrier was starting to deactivate apps and make stuff break so I would buy a new one. This was on a BOGO so I got two and have been very happy with both. It was incredibly easy to transition because Samsung has the Easy Transfer app that just connects them via cable and puts everything in the new phone exactly where it was in the old phone. I then managed to capsize a canoe into a snowfed lake with my phone in my pocket. Couldn't get back in and had to swim to shore and figured my phone would be toast by the time I got to shore as it had been in freezing cold water, fully submerged, for at least 10 minutes, but it acted like nothing had happened. It never powered off, worked immediately, and other than warning me that "we have detected moisture in the usb or charging port" there was no problem with the phone at all. Just an excellent quality device, built well, and made to be beat up.

I got this phone purely because I upgrade every year during the pre-order cycle where big bucks are given for the last generation's cell phone and thus I get the new gen for about $300. I think it's worth roughly $25/mo to use the latest tech, so each year I go for it. The upgrades didn't seem that great this year, but I still went in for a note20, which is significantly bigger than the note 10 but doesn't go for a tall skinny look the way the Ultra does. I didn't expect much from it. I was pleasantly surprised at a few quality of life improvements. The buttons moving to the right of the phone are WAY better for people like me who use flip cover cases. On this one, if I close my Samsung LED flip cover case while I'm using google maps and then reopen it, maps automatically displays. On the Note 10, I had to go through the password screen again for it to update to where I currently was, which was problematic when driving. Things I still don't love: The fingerprint scanner is now in the middle of the screen, which, okay. It doesn't really make a difference. But it doesn't read the greatest. I feel like roughly 40% of the time, I'll press it and it'll say "No Match" or "Cover the whole display" or "Press harder" or some other such message. Several times I day I huff in frustration after two failures in a row and just use the pattern to get into my phone instead. This is with Zagg glass on the phone.
