Q: can you hear incoming text messages AND speak my outgoing text messages?
A: If you have a Samsung cell phone and set the notifications to "detailed" the circle will notify you when you have an incoming text message and read it to you. If you select "limited" notification, you will just hear "you have a text message" or something along those lines. You can use speech to text to send text messages via S voice.
Q: How well do they wear while running or exercising?
A: Would not recommend. When incognito they are bulging around the collar. Ear buds are uncomfortable and heavy. Kept falling out,. Very surprise this was a Samsung product. Everything I have is Samsung but not these. Bought the new LG which are incredible

Q: How is phone call quality, both receiving and transmitting, with the Circle?
A: Good thing about this being a headphone is that you can put both ears on and listen to the person on the other side better. I did have a few complaints from friends that heard an echo on my voice while wearing the headphones but it wasn't all the time. Other than that it worked great for phone calls and I am using it as my main bluetooth headset.
Q: Have you heard of any compatibility issues
A: I have not had any issues.
Q: Can these be worn in the rain?
A: I can't give an official answer, however from what I have read about these headphones, they are water and sweat "resistant". While that doesn't mean "water-proof", I would think they would be safe to wear in the rain, as long as you have them in your ears and not dangling around your neck, exposing the insides of the ear piece. I plan on wearing mine in the rain as well, so I am hoping my statement is correct! :)
Q: Will this headset work with BOTH laptops and cell phones via bluetooth?
A: Yes, it will. I currently use these headphone with my Note 4 and my MacBook Pro.
