I was really debating on whether or not I buy a refurbished SSD because some PC hardware enthusiast are against it, but I'm glad I went through with it. When I got the SSD, I checked how many reads/writes there were on the drive and it was practically unused. I'm not entirely sure on this thought, but I think that Bestbuy's return policy gives you a pretty good chance at getting a low use drive (but it may be possible someone writes a lot of data for some reason within the return window). For 2TB and a fast drive, $100 is a good price.
