A: I would say yes but it depends how much hearing loss your husband has sustained. Id recommend trying them out and see if he can hear with them when you 2 are actively watching TV. If they don't save the receipt and return them in exchange for some actual earmuff headphones as they will be able to go to higher level audio settings depending on his needs.
