Mattress
The mattress is comfortable and beautiful. The only reason why I did not give 5 ⭐️ is because the bed raises 10" instead of 12" I purchased. I waited for 48 hours before sleeping on it. Now it's about 2 weeks with the bed , it's still 10".

So far, great sleep! Easy...
I tried waiting a bit to write this review, given it is a bed, and it is going to take some time to truly “know,” but, so far, this bed has been great! I have never had a “bed in a box” before, but I like this overall experience quite a bit more. While the box is “big” compared to other things (and is around 80lbs), when you compare that to finding, buying and getting a mattress back home…the whole thing is kind of priceless. Very easy. There is a nice set of instructions on how to get started and set-up and I had no issues along the way. It is pretty crazy how the mattress comes to life once all the packaging is removed. It is suggested to wait a day or two for the mattress to fully recover and to air out, but I did not notice any smell, and gave it just under a day. This was partly due to my space and partly because I was so excited. As for the mattress, it seems well-built, is soft to the touch and has both some firmness as well as give. It is kind of hard to explain, especially as someone who has had “standard” beds for most of my life. When you first get in, you sink down, but then you are kind of held by the mattress. Along those same lines, it is not overly firm, but there is support. While that was quite noticeable, even more noticeable was how little other parts of the bed move when you do. That is very new to me, and I very much like it. In nearly every way, the sleeping has been great. I don’t really have trouble sleeping, but there always was an occasional wake-up or some soreness the next day; but, so far with this mattress, I have been having rock solid, coma-like sleep each night. I was a little worried there would be soreness from my body adjusting etc…but, none so far. Perhaps this is common, I don’t know. I sleep on my side as well as my stomach, and I think this system is perfect for me, as I feel better supported in these positions than I did with my old mattress. I mentioned it above, but the movement isolation is another definite improvement. Not waking up a partner or being woken in bed is extremely welcome. Lastly, it is just quiet. Silence. Ultimately, I really like this bed. The experience, from shipment to set-up is so much better and convenient than I have dealt with in the past. Most importantly, I could not be happier with how I have slept. I know this is an individual thing, but I think with what they have done here they have set most up for a similar experience.

Great mattress in a box
The box is heavy, but the mattress is easy to move around in this compressed state. I slid the box to our stairs and end over end up the stairs to the bedroom. I attached a photo of the mattress taken after it was removed from the box. Remove the shrink wrap, unfold the mattress into position, then carefully cut the plastic and watch it expand. I let it air out in the room with the window open all day before putting on the bedding. It doesn’t require a box spring, so we purchased a tall 18-inch base with 16 inches of clearance. We have far more storage space under the bed than with a traditional setup. This mattress is an upgrade from our son’s Twin-XL bed we bought at our local mattress store. That very expensive mattress was purchased with an overpriced “box spring” and metal base with casters. The box spring made horrible squeaking and creaking noises whenever he moved. That experience was a disappointing waste of money. I was looking at several “mattress in a box” brands when we learned Best Buy sells mattresses. Who knew?! We are very pleased with this mattress. The entire experience with a mattress in a box was wonderful compared to scheduling a delivery and installation with people tracking around our home.
