Looking for a secure and convenient place to pick up the product that you ordered from Best Buy? In addition to the Best Buy stores in your area, you can pick up your order at any one of our convenient alternate pickup locations.
These locations include FedEx® Office stores, FedEx Ship Center® locations, Walgreens®, Dollar General®, Office Depot®, OfficeMax® and other independent stores in your area. We’ll deliver your package to the location of your choice and let you know when it arrives so you can pick it up at a time that works for you.
Choosing an alternate pickup location is easy. Just make your alternate pickup location selection in the same place you choose a store at checkout, either online or in the Best Buy app. You’ll receive an email that your order is ready for pickup when it has arrived at the selected location. Bring your ID and your order number when picking up your items.
