"I only use this for pods - I did NOT have any of the problems others mentioned (such as making a mess or not working with pods) I did not see it mentioned on website BUT it does say in user guide that it ONLY WORKS WITH KEURIG PODS (which might account for others problems) only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that closing the lid on pod takes some pretty good effort to punch the 3 water jets through the top of the pod - other than that it makes a good cup of coffee very quickly"
