Q: I bought an LGRK7 in June. Last week I've been getting a bluetooth error and it wont let me use BT at all. I reached out to LG, and got no response. How can I get this fixed. It seems alot of people who have the speaker have the same problem.

A: I literally have a party starting in 10 minutes and it came up with the error, didn't have time to fix it so just flipped it upside-down and shook it, works again now hahaha

Q: Does this speaker have Bluetooth capabilities

A: Yes it does. You pair whatever you want with the speaker in the same way you pair most bluetooth devices. It works well with my phone.

Q: How is it powered? Does it have a battery and if so what are the specs?

A: Is this portable or must it be plugged in in order to work doesn't have a Built-in portable battery

Q: I’m interested to use this speaker in a karaoke setup. If I have my tv connected through optical and then also a mic hooked up through the mic port, will it mix the sounds together?

A: They don't mix. I had to call and talk to someone with LG and they gave me the run around until finally confirming there is no way the speaker will connect to TV or bluetooth and the microphone at the same time, but they advertise it as a karaoke system! It's not. I bought it for the same reason only to find out that I can only hear myself on the mic or the music, never both at once. What a crappy advertisement. That isn't karaoke at all!

Q: I saw that it's compatible with iPhones. Is there an app for iPhones as well as Androids? Thanks.

A: The LG Music Flow App is only compatible with Android devices.

Q: how many microphones can you hookup and can they be wireless? Can it connect to your smart tv ?

A: One mic jack, if your tv supports Bluetooth connection it can happen but not recommended. It has optic audio connection and sounds great with a TV

A: Don't deal with Best Buy, find another source.
