Q: Can you charge your device from USB-C to lighting or is that port just to charge power pack?
A: The USB C port is an input port only, it can't charge other devices.
A: All of our PowerCores have capacities that meet the requirements to be taken on airplanes as carry-on baggage, but they are not allowed to be transported in checked luggage. Please confirm with your airlines on how many power banks they allow a person to carry on, as most only allow two, and travel requirements are subject to change. Besides, Anker's portable batteries work all over the world as long as you have the correct wall charger (not included). For example, it will work in the US if you have a US-version wall charger, and the same battery will also work in the UK if you have a UK wall charger. What matters is not the output of the power in the building, but the output of the wall charger you use. If the wall charger has an output that coincides with the input needed for your powerbank, it will be fine. The powerbank's input needs are written on base of the battery, the user manual, and also the battery's online listing.
A: Make sure that you're plugged into the correct port. I was able to trigger the flashing if I plugged my phone into the USB-C port (middle port). That port is only for charging the power bank (input) and not for charging your mobile device. The two USB-A ports are used for charging your devices (output).
