A: Yes, this can be used with a television.
Q: How well does this product work with cancelling background noise?
A: ok i think they could be a little better
A: To use the Riff wireless with a PS4, you will need some sort of Bluetooth connector to plug into your controller as they are not Bluetooth.
Q: How do you connect these headphones to a cell phone?
A: I use them with my Samsung S10+ and it was easy. Just took them out of the case and my phone lit up and asked me if I wanted to install them. You have to have the Samsung Gear App on your phone and the phone does all the heavy lifting for you.
