A: Mine loosened up after some manipulation on my part. Could not move with the control until did quite a bit of manipulating by hand holding the spout.
Q: Is the charger a dual charger?

Q: What's the operating time on batteries
A: Don't know my SnowJoe machine only worked once, and the batteries stoped charging, My machine is under warranty until May 2026 but SnowJoe , ShopJoe won't honor the warranty. This is the $1500 to $1800 24V-X4SB21 model. Complete thievery.
