A: If you're experiencing microphone quality issues with the Soundcore AeroClip Open-Ear Clip-On Earbud Headphones during MS Teams calls, here are some potential solutions to improve call quality: Ensure Proper Wearing Position: Verify that the earbuds are positioned correctly on your ears to achieve optimal call performance. Increase Volume Levels: Raise both the volume of the earbuds and the connected device to maximum levels. Clean Microphone Holes: Inspect the microphone hole for any dust or blockages. Use a clean, soft brush or cotton swabs with rubbing alcohol to gently clean it. Try a Different Call Setup: If you are using MS Teams (VoIP or app-based calls), try using your phone to make a regular service provider call. It can help determine if the issue is linked to the app. Change the Environment and Device: Test the earbuds in a quieter location. Pair the earbuds with a different Bluetooth-enabled device to see if the issue persists. Use the App and Update Firmware: Ensure the Soundcore app and firmware are upgraded to their latest versions for improved performance. Let me know if you would like specific instructions for resetting the earbuds or further assistance!

Absolutely blown away by these - I've tried all types of solutions for earbuds that let me stay aware of my surroundings and these are the first to actually exceed my expectations. I'm genuinely amazed how full these sound without forming a seal. They're so comfortable and sound so good they've replaced all my other earbuds, even when I'm just sitting around at home. They're lighter than alternatives from Bose and Shoks and at this price I cannot recommend them enough. Great battery life, multipoint, and a companion app that doesn't suck are just the cherries on top.

First time putting them on I love bass and was let down. I thin read how i am supoose to wear them and then went to app and adjusted the sound and have slept in them every night since purchase. I love the comfort and i love listening to rain when im sleeping. They are comfortable and wonderful sound. They have a long battery life and the distance you can be away from your phone or device even with walls is amazing.

The Anker Soundcore Aeroclip earbuds are the smallest Anker makes. The sound is excellent and for the most part are very comfortable. I have very small ears and the part that fits into the external ear is still too big for one of my ears and after an hour or so, it’s uncomfortable for me. For the average person, these would be ideal. They do a great job of staying in place as well.
